The staff are the greatest, there helpful, laugh and joke with you, from the person at the door till you leave everyone is great, Maddy and Meaghan were lots of fun during this visit..Thank you. The customer service is phenomenal, you have questions about any product they know, the pharmacist....she is amazing lots of help with changing things up to help as well, take time with her if you need it! Can't brag this team up enough!!!

As always, Steve was pleasant, professional and easy going. Robyn was a super polite and friendly staff member to handle my order. Each time I come here all of my questions or concerns are addressed and I always leave with a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Jen and Spencer were amazing, understanding and very informative. They also set up a call with Susan, who did a great job at giving me advice, recomendations and setting me up for success. Loved visiting and will surely do it again.

This dispensary never disappoints. Every time I go I get what I’m looking for with no issues! If for some reason you preorder and they don’t have what you want they will call you and notify you while finding a replacement. Customer service is always great as well. I went to Derek today and he found my order pretty quick and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Since the Carlisle location moved a few months ago I’ve never had to wait! Highly recommend this location!

Meaghan was very pleasant when I visited the drive through to pick up my order. Each time I’ve visited Carlisle the staff has been very friendly and takes the time to answer any questions and also give great suggestions. I definitely enjoy making the trip to the carlisle shop

This was my first time here. Jaz was my cashier she was very helpful with my purchase. . She also was very helpful with any questions I had. My all over experience with Carlisle rise was an awesome experience and would recommend too anybody.

Rise is the best dispensary the drive thru is still unbelievable to me there’s never no issues unless the system is down statewide and that rarely happens the new building is definitely up to par great customer service they have.

Been going here regularly for a little over 3 years or something like that I think, always been a good place. Pretty much every one of the employees is amazing but a gentleman named Steve and a girl named Liz really stick out for me, just great people who literally treat you like family.

RISE… just phenomenal. From the service to the staff. I have never had a bad experience at Carlisle RISE. If you have an issue, the budtenders are more helpful than you’d ever think. So don’t be afraid to ask questions about your cannabis. The lines move fast and I’m always feeling happy when I leave. Could be what I’m leaving with tho… But for a medical dispensary in a fairly small town, you get what you’d expect. Friendly staff and good service. Thank you RISE people cause y’all make it extremely easy and kinda fun to shop at. Shout out to, Andy! And a big shout out to the bud tenders and staff, seriously you guys keep it real!

Stopped into Rise tonight after a rough day at work at the last min and had the pleasure of meeting Meaghan, she was very helpful and informative. She had a great sense of humor. I walked in miserable and walked out smiling after a rough day and I wasn't even high yet. Your whole staff is pretty amazing actually. From the front desk all the way to check out. Since moving locations I've gotten to meet and interact with more of the staff. They have always been incredibly friendly and helpful and that continues. Some recent examples are Carrie, meghan, Jen, and Robyn. I had to return a product and not only did they remember me from the previous interaction but they quickly handled the problem and got me on my way

Derek was super helpful and gave a bunch of information during my visit. The faculty is super clean and smelled amazing. Will always be coming back.

Derek was my first walk in “bud tender” at this location. Very friendly and helpful. I like the set up at this rise location better than the one on the pike. Less rooms to walk through as well. Will definitely be back. Thank you Derek for your help and suggestions as well as the fast, quick, and smooth transaction. A++++! :)

I love going thru the drive thru service. It's much quicker and convenient. Meaghan was working window today, she's an all-star employee. Super friendly and quick service! Great job guys👍🏾 keep up the good work !

I love this place. As always, customer service is excellent. Lately, there has been very little wait time in line. I'm always seeing someone cleaning too.
