Circle K

I've been going to this Circle K for years. I have never had poor service! The employees are always friendly. Many know me by name and greet me with a smile and quick service. I'm sorry to see some of the negative reviews here. It can be an overwhelming job at times I'm sure (the place gets extremely busy at times). I have much respect for the hard work the employees do for this Circle K store. They're always trying to do their best to help customers.

Service was great and smoke registers open. This send like a snack test store... They have snacks I've never seen before. They even had sushi!

One of the very few well run circle k stores in the city. Pretty much always well stocked and clean. A+ goes out to the manager to this location

I am homeless and they never turned me away to use the restroom, and i asked for a drink when i didnt have the money twice and they never denied me, and i will never for get it...

night shift gas man is the GAS MAN. He agrees with me the two McDonald's near by are GARBAGE and he helped me pick the RIGHT COFFEE MY GUY. THIS MAN'S GOING PLACES

Only reason I am giving this a 3 star is because of one of the ladies there. Usually has her hair colored something different. She is racist as hell, and could care less about anyone who is white. Will stare at her phone and not care what you say and wont even acknowledge your existence, wont welcome you or say thank you or goodbye. She is garbage. The rest of two crew is amazing from my experience. This other lady, glued to your phone, but if they are a black customer, good lord you know you are welcoming them and saying goodbye and everything because they "fam" right? You dont even deserve a gas station job. Horrible horrible rep. Again everyone else is amazing and always has been. Yall need to fix that chicks attitude or get her outta there and get someone else.. I'd take one of them homeless people over her, at least they say thank you and God bless.

Nice inside but I can NEVER get gas due to pump issues, it doesn't take rewards type in, and staff isn't helpful when I call. I am disabled and can't get help when I go here. The handicap buttons for help have been removed and the call button have no response whatsoever, not on the pumps I've used so I always have to leave and go somewhere else. They need new management or to be fixed

The manager so called named "Cookie" is very unprofessional! I'm not sure how she got the manager position but she is a joke and has the worst attitude. If your going to be miserable at your job then don't come. I understand people have bad days but everyday is bad day for "Cookie" apparently.

I was not provided a receipt for my fuel purchase. When I asked the associate for a receipt he refused to help. When I asked for a number to call to get the receipt, he refused as well. I need a receipt provided to me for my fuel purchase.

The person behind the counter was super rude and truly racist. The last four Circle K stores I stopped at had card reader issues and 1/2 of their fuel pumps were inoperable.

District manager of Tallahassee seems to care nothing about the customer experience. Walk into a Circle K and you’ll have to wait at every check out because everyone of his or her Employees is on their phone when you come to the cash register, and they wait till they’re done doing their texting etc. obligatorily just to make you wait and then look at you with an attitude as you try to purchase something because you’re interrupting their YouTube video, Snapchat or phone conversation every single time, every single time. Horrible customer service and that’s a reflection on the district manager for sure.
