FSU Bookstore

While on my whirlwind tour of Florida, we decided to go to FSU for some FSU gear. Upon arrival I parked in the parking garage and proceeded down the steps to the store. Found out that the new store was across the street. Upon entering asked if I could bring our dog inside and it was no problem. Shopped for around 30 min or so. Everyone was really nice and friendly that we encountered. Prices are a little steep but most were reasonable.

UPDATE: sent a feedback of my experience and Phil , the operations manager, kindly responded saying to go back in and for the return desk to call him over so I can refund or exchange. If you ever find a problem here I'd recommend talking to Phil. He's a really nice and understanding guy who also happens to be in charge!

Don't buy anything already remotely damaged in packaging. Otherwise when you want to return/exchange it they will blame you for the damage and not care at all. The blonde manager is also very rude. Was told to go to her to explain it was damaged when I bought it, and she didn't look at me once when I was speaking to her (instead looking at her clipboard). She just walked off mumbling something I couldn't hear and grabbed the technology manager to pretty much show she wanted nothing to do with me at all. The technology manager just treated me like I was stupid for returning something that was obviously damaged (the packaging). Their stuff is already expensive and now I have something I can't even use.

Had to ask student's where it was as sign on door stated it moved to the Student Union Hall. 🙃 we are visiting from OR for our daughter's graduation. They should of added just across the street, that would of been a great help. On the bright side very clean store. Very friendly staff. Most prices so so some a bit high especially student's on budgets.

My, my how FSU has expanded!! I remember when we used to be able to drive down Woodward😲 where the pool was located. Did I say where the pool was located? Yes, I did. No more pool, no more driving from one end of Woodward to the other. Now...you can walk down Woodward and view the beautiful edifice that once housed Crenshaw Bowling lanes and billiards where I spent many a nights before exams😁. I see the Great things that are certainly happening. The bookstore is the location where you retrieve your student ID hence my reason for visiting 😉. I was guiding a new student to a school I once spent many, many hours; long, long ago. Does anyone remember bus numbers 42 or 43 and their routes?😊

Picked up a graduation gift, lots of great options to choose from. Wasn't busy at all this Saturday afternoon. Checkout was quick, polite staff, and still following Covid-19 precautions which was reassuring. Parking was a cinch in the attached parking garage.

I work on campus so shopping here is very convenient. They have a huge selection on FSU gear and other much needed necessities. The manager I’ve had to deal with regarding an online order was very helpful and accommodating. He worked hard to resolve the issue. I highly recommend shopping here to support local/on campus stores.

Typical college bookstore except that they have a convenient parking garage attached. Also, I don't know if this is typical, but our granddaughter was able to order books on line in advance. Pick up was easy and efficient. Thanks, FSU.

I have almost always enjoyed my experience in this bookstore. I go in after sports seasons and they seem to have great sales on clothes. The store is always clean and well kept. The employees seem to always be in good moods and willing to help. The prices are very high unless you catch on sale. There is gear for men, women, kids, and toddlers. They have balls, school supplies, computers, snack, and other fun FSU themed accessories or home décor.

I love my Alma Mater! Go Noles!

I literally stop here EVERY time I’m in Tally. Always the best selection of pilots and new FSU gear.

I’m a sucker for Spanish moss so I instantly fell in love with this campus. Clean, easy to get around and everyone was wearing masks. The few people we met were incredibly friendly and clearly happy and proud to be at UF.

Excellent selection of FSU merch, decent clearance section, ALWAYS well staffed with curious, knowledgeable folks, and well laid-out with wide aisles so you can get by when it's busy. They carry some really cool items (like the FSU spear lapel pins!) And all the latest gear. Text book prices are higher compared to online places, so check prices before you go. Parking is limited/non-existent if you don't have a parking permit.

Amazing selection of merchandise. Range of prices. Good selection on the sale rack. Plenty of registers open. Slippers. Jammies. Mugs. Insulated cups. Playing cards. Even ladies dress shoes....you name it, it was there in FSU colors.

I came here to purchase a new computer and Chad was super helpful and informative on the different models that were available. He made buying a new computer a wonderful experience.

Great place for school supplies that you need. Check out the Dollar Store for things you might think are too expensive. Target is okay but still pricey. Sadly Wal-Mart has some cheap prices but the dollar store will be your most frugal bet. Believe me. Don't fall for the classist, capitalist b.s. prices. Unless you have the cash the kill.

Great customer service! FedEx lost my book so FSU sent me a new copy, I originally ordered a used. They then called me later to tell me that they were able to track it down, FedEx delivered to the wrong house and that person sent it back. Fail FedEx but great service from the bookstore.

If you want anything for your fur baby, spouse, kiddos, friends, family, or yourself FSU. This is definitely the place to go. Plenty of help finding the right thing. Also, on game day get free popcorn. Staff was friendly, smiling, and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. They have everything from what tailgaters need to nic nacs to clothing.

I gotta say, this is a great bookstore. Large, well stocked with an amazing array of shirts, caps, scarves, shoes and omg I don’t even know what kinds of accessories and gifts such as frames, keychains, mugs, license plate frames, etc. I perused the merchandise along with my son (a recent graduate), his girlfriend (who had graduated that day) and her family. Between us we practically bought out the store! It’s saying something huge that I actually found an ‘FSU mom’ shirt I would wear, since I attended the biggest FSU rival University in the state of Florida🐊!

Great! Brand new. Great selection! We had our dogs with us and they didn't mind!

My boys go to school at F.S.U and as a mom who lives far away i had the luck of getting Jacklyn on the phone today and she was so kind and so helpful and handled a problem perfectly,so i did not have to have try to wrangle and explain and have my kids do my return and repurchase, so impressed with her
