Nearby the campus, this CVS has the best staff at the pharmacy, which other pharmacies' staffs are super rude and disrespectful. I had Joshua today at the CVS and he was so great.

The associates were extremely helpful in helping me find the products I need.

The pharmacist is always super helpful and patient. I would say the pharmacy is sometimes understaffed but I assume it’s hard to predict the volume of scripts these days, due to Covid-19 closures and restrictions at FSU. The store is always clean and the staff is always pleasant. The pharmacy is upstairs; along with health and beauty items. The more standard CVS items are located downstairs and they are always stocked up with the necessities. The pharmacy hours are typically 9 AM -7 PM but I would call to verify this as the pharmacy holiday hours might vary with Christmas approaching.

Let me just clear some of the complaints up, from someone who used to work here. The reason the store is not 24 hours is because the majority of the workers are students. As such, it would be unreasonable to ask the students to stay up overnight and be prepared for class the next morning.

The reason they don’t give cash back is because as soon as 6PM hits, you have 200 students all coming in at the same time to get $20 in cash to cover for bars and clubs. There physically is not enough cash to do this, and if the workers gave cash back throughout the day, there would be literally no cash left to give change. I’ve had this happen.

You need I.D. to purchase alcohol and some medications. Being in a college town, there are lots of people that try and get around this. There’s a reason it’s taken seriously, because a single cashier working a single shift will probably see 5 or more fakes a night.

Speaking from both a customer and former employee standpoint, it’s an excellent store, with excellent employees doing their best to help you.
