The UPS Store

I went in there to return some amazon packages. I was greeted with a smile by the young man at the counter. He was very helpful and patient while I took some time to pull out my return codes. I usually go to the ups store in el Cerrito where the service is horrible. What a difference. Please keep up the good work.

The place is open as stated. The people are efficient and knowledgeable. Parking is best when outside of lunchtime. Parking lot is next door , but can be tight to maneuver out. Meters start before 10am.

I use this office to return my online purchases, always great service.

Went there to get a paper printed and do a background/finger print check, and they were super helpful and nice! Saved me a 10min trip from having to go to the other one that I was told to go to!

Have been a customer for more than ten years and have been delighted with the service! Having been on 100% travel status for most of that time, with lengthy OCONUS assignments, I can attest to the excellent mail forwarding, packing and shipping services this business provies without a hitch . . . they are the "Un-Post Office" -- with all the serivces AND customer service you don't find at USPS -- and outshine all their competition.

Easy to drop off packages! Parking is tough sometimes, so look at the small parking lot south of the store, there may be space in back too.

I came in right before closing and the owner helped me even after closing, attentively, courteously, and with a positive attitude. Need I say more? Fantastic service!

Decent place. -1 for charging 1$ for tape ( I had the box ). -1 for ignoring my instruction while returning amazon stuff(No actual problems as I still got the refund, but if I want to return in two boxes, please don't put them in one box). Still better than FedEx in my opinion as the guy seemed more competent and more polite than those guys.

Convenient location however operating hours have been incorrect for months.

No joke, every single time I come in there is an issue. Rude service, long waits and expensive. Wanted to charge $3 to tape the shipping label on the box or go online order a clear package and pay for shipping for a clear plastic label. I've been a retail manager for 15 years so I hate leaving bad reviews, but every time I have left this store my blood is boiling from the bad experience. Even just dropping off a prepackaged Amazon return that literally just needs to be scanned is an ordeal.
