We are happy to have this store so close to our home. We were treated with kindness and helpful information. The second time around, I had to leave the store because I brought my dog inside. That is just fine. Future visits, no dog. 😉

They carry 2 of my favorite flavors of nic salt. Can't find them anywhere else. Staff has always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I tend to go out of my way to visit this store. From someone who is in customer service all day, this place really gets it. The Best!

Very kind staff. Very knowledgeable of their products. To be honest, I didn't know exactly where to find it. Within a small strip mall, unseen from the road. Once out and walking about, turned out to be an awesome place with nooks and crannies of nice shops and restaurants throughout, and a hair salon. Very nice location.

Have always had a good experience here. The owner is very helpful and friendly, and he started carrying a specific brand/flavor of vape for me at request. I'm always encouraged to make sure my purchases work before leaving, and the one time I forgot to and the cart was leaking, they replaced the vape for free.

Service was great, I appreciated them pointing out to me what is worth buying and what is not. Unlike other shops I’ve been to in the area, this place REALLY helps you get your moneys worth. As someone who appreciates having availability and great service, I truly recommend. I’m definitely visiting again.

I have been coming to this store for around 3-4 years now. The owner is super helpful with all of my Suorin Drop 2 vape accessories. This is the most reliable shop I have been to in Raleigh since I moved here. They even swapped out a defective Suorin I bought for free. Highly recommended!

I would go here regularly because the owner is an incredibly honest and down to earth guy. I have never written a review for a smoke shop before because no store/owner has stood out to me as much as this one. It’s also the cheapest prices I can find for a lot of what he sells. It’s beautiful on the inside as well and an all around pleasant experience to shop there.

I went in there to get a new SMOK Novo 2 and some juice and the man who helped me was very nice and patient as it takes me awhile to pick my juice. He ended up making a couple of great recommendations after I told him what I like. The store itself was clean, well stocked, and organized. I'll be returning and would recommend this place to anyone.

I came in five mins before closing, and the Asian gentleman working the counter that evening was so incredibly helpful. He listed to the type of flavored juice that I usually like, and he offered a lot of suggestions. Unfortunately, they did not have the Vapetasia flavor that I rushed in for, but the man displayed an amazing customer service experience (despite the time & the fact that I figured he was trying to go home). He ordered the ejuice that I told him I had been looking for (Vapetasia’s Milk of the Poppy>> I HIGHLY suggest it; it’s one of my absolute favorite juices)... and he even showed me a picture to be sure it was the correct one- it was.
He did an amazing job, and even offered me tips on how to keep my juice fresh longer.
They have an amazing variety of vape juices. I have just moved to the area, about 3 mins away~ and I think this shop will be my new go-to. I wish I could remember the employee’s name because he was so amazing.

💭💡Althooough...... I would LOVE it if they offered a rewards membership program like other similar stores do (such as the chain vape store that begins with an “H”).

went in looking for a charger for my pen, the gentleman quickly grabbed one and offered to make sure it would charge and nothing was broken. He did so, it worked he rang me up and I was on my way. Very polite, wonderful first experience at this shop.
