Nancy the manager was so kind and patient with me today as I signed up for some business services. They were very busy when I was there, people coming in non-stop. She handled all the workload by herself while also training someone too. When she took care of me, her attentiveness made me feel like I was the only one there. Thanks for the great customer service, Nancy!

I’ve been coming here for many years. I think the two women who work there are really kind and funny. They always joke with me and make my day. The new women is really helpful and has gone out of her way a couple times to make sure my stuff was packed perfectly and taped up right. The other reviews don’t make sense to me, cause I’ve never experienced that.

I found this store to be quick efficient with packing my items and shipping them. No one was rude to me. The two ladies were very nice and welcoming. I don’t know what the bad reviews are about cause I’ve never experienced that.

Super nice staff but the heat is out!! I had to pick up a package and send a fax and I was shaking it is so cold. It is too cold outside to make the staff work without heat. At least provide a space heater.

On Friday I went into this UPS location (it’s not my normal go to, I live in West Cary) but I needed to mail something to my daughter, quick!!!
The woman, don’t know her name, was so sweet and looked up ‘82’ (exaggerated) rates for me and came up with an amazing price! She also gave me a discount on the packing materials! I’m not up this way much, however I will stop by again when I’m over this way! Thank you

Love this UPS store! Tanya is GREAT at helping with printing and design. Glad they are next door to my business-Spenga North Raleigh as it’s so convenient, quick and reliable.

ONLY GO TO THE UPS STORE! I had to ship out a sink and called all around Raleigh to different UPS stores for quotes (they are all separately owned and have different pricing). So, after bring quoted up to $200, I am SO HAPPY I called this UPS store and was quoted $70 less! On top of that, the store owner has been doing this for 23 years, cheerfully greeted me when I came in, said he would make a special box for the sink since it was oddly shaped, told me he loved working on items like mine, and was so professional and kind. He genuinely took pride in his work and his store-it was so refreshing! I felt 100% confident the sink was in good hands.He called me personally the next day to let me know he would be emailing me all of the tracking information and receipts. Besides the EXCELLENT pricing, the CUSTOMER SERVICE alone is reason enough to take your business here. I am SO HAPPY I happened upon this store and they will DEFINITELY have all of my business in the future!

This is my favorite UPS store, mainly due to Dennie!! She will greet everyone by name and remembers their box numbers too! Always very friendly and very helpful!! She has A+ customer service values & goes the extra mile to help her customers. Love her personality too!

Our office is near this location. It's great to use for Amazon returns. I just bought stamps yesterday and the guy working the counter was pleasant and helpful. I've been in several times and have no complaints.

Patty is awesome. She's always been nice and very helpful. Her other employees were great, too. Never had a problem sending anything off here.

I always come to this location for my shipping services. The shop is located so conveniently close to my home. The staff are all always polite and patient and usually go above and beyond to assist me. Great service!

The absolute best UPS Store anywhere. Super fast, friendly and incredibly accurate. Shipped packages to daughter in Africa in Peace Corps and theirs always made it but not always when used US Post Office packages.

I have always found this UPS store to be pleasant, efficient and accommodating to their customers. I will continue using their services.

What a great staff the store as I even drive out of my way passing North Hills Mall to go here to ship my UPS items they are friendly and go out of their way to help.
