Bought dinner on app and used curbside pickup. Eady and efficient process.

I love Big Mac's! If you download their app you can get a free Big Mac and deals on food! Yesterday I got free medium fries just because I have their app!

They tried to do their best customer need to be more patient and be understanding

Prepare to pay more as this location charges more than others. The service varies. It's about a 50/50 chance the food is prepared well and the order is correct. I use the mobile app but still have to pull forward and wait for my order more often than not. When I have issues with my meal it's because the biscuit is hard as a rock on my breakfast sandwich or my Big Mac has 1 patty or extra bun and always a mound of lettuce. The fries are hit and miss also. When they get everything right, the food is great! Lol

Convenient location. Playplace for kids which you don't see very often lately. The typical food. Great for a quick bite or a long sitdown with a bit of fun.

Just did drive-thru but was happy to get a delicious Grimace shake! It seemed like every other McDonald's I went to were having problems with their ice cream machine and couldn't make shakes.

this mcdonalds location is great. they have never messed up on my order, always have been willing to brew coffee even when it's late. and staff is very friendly and competent.

the thing I wish that all locations would change, is when its darker out, to dim the drive thru menu screen by about 90%. Its incredibly blinding and becomes more of a distraction than a help.

Normally, I'm not big on fast food but I love their caramel frappe. For the fastest service, I would recommend going when it isn't lunch or dinner.. the dining room is closed again because of COVID and the drive-thru line will literally be in the street if you try to go during peak hours!

They are really fast here! I know half the staff and they are really chill. I go to this specific one because of it. Hardworkers all around keep up the good work :)

Had the new Quarter Pounder with fresh (instead of frozen) beef. You can really taste the difference. Juicer, more flavor, even the bun was good!
Parfaits still heckin' tasty as always and the specialty ☕ is good too!

Was there on 11/30/2018. The young female managers and workers were doing a great job during busy time...felt bad for being rude on my order...not at all there fault.....young man who was cashier was very friendly!!!

The food is so good. Their fries are the best and everything looks pretty clean I love almost everything on their menu it is delicious. I go there all the time

I saw Michael Symon and Gordon Ramsey sharing a 20 piece nugget here, it's that good. I think they add actual cocaine to the Coke, it's that good. Saddam Hussein would be jealous of the opulence of the bathroom facilities, it's that good.

The Avon Lake McDonalds is the BEST in the area.....food is always great any time of the day or night. Bonus is the folks that work there are always pleasant and their manager is so kind.
