Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I got a caramel sundae that was excellent! My Husband got 2 cupcakes! We took our two dogs with us because they LOVE Dairy Queen as much as we do! Their birthday cakes are beautiful and delicious!!!

Addie and Kelli and Kayleigh were super friendly to our group of 8 seniors.A very pleasant visit on our dine-in desserts .Will return soon.

Went for a special treat for me and the family. The line in the drive thru was super long all the way to the street so I parked and went Inside to order. It was also hectic Inside but the wait wasn't to long. The employees were nice and working their butts off to service everyone in a timely manner. There was a few mistakes but they did great correcting them through all the chaos , it was nice to see them so busy and it back to how it was pre pandemic. The dining room was open for eating In and also the patio if you chose to eat outside. I give them a lot of credit especially any business now a days with everything going on. Good experience all around.

Owned by a family member, so I love it. Turtle blizzard is my favorite!!! The grilled chicken bites are yummy.

What a great team on hand during our visit. Great food, great service, and very polite team. First time ever to this location just because we were near. Wish this was how all the other locations were. They could learn a lot from this team for sure. Thank you for a great experience.

I have to admit that this place reminds me of my youth. Classic style colors and their staff is friendly and super knowledgeable about cakes and decorations. Worth the trip and take a walk by the Lake afterwards!!

Best food in the whole Lorain County. 5/5 stars for great service, high quality food, and a clean restaurant. Dairy Queen is highly recommended for anyone who happens to pass through the area. Blizzards are nice and cheap, and the Honey BBQ Chicken Strips are AMAZING with ranch. Cheeseburgers are OK, and the fries are pretty nice. Like stated before, highly recommended to anyone passing through the area.

I like this DQ. The kids that work here are super friendly and mature. The ice cream is good and drive thru is quick.

Great experience. The food is cooked as you order and always tastes great. My sons favorite place to go for dinner. So much more than just ice cream. The staff is very friendly and always carrys on conversations with my very talkative 7 year old. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Fantastic! The ladies that work there are awesome! So kind, so overworked, and yet keeping it all together. They make even the crappiest day ever, better - with sweet treats and a smile.

LOVE Dairy Queen!! If your order is made wrong, they will definitely make things right with you!! I've witnessed this with other customers whose orders were wrong. There's only one girl there who's rude and never really gets an order right. Will talk to management about her at some point.

The best chicken fingers, and the best onion rings!! The ice cream is ok too😁 The staff at this location is fabulous. I eat here quite often. The burgers are equally delicious.

My family and I are regular customers at this establishment. Every time we eat there we are greeted with excellent customer service and great food. Sometimes the wait is a little longer than other fast food restaurants, but I'd rather wait a little bit longer if that means I am getting quality food and ice cream.

Great food, good pricing, but wait in line is long at times. If someone ahead has a larger order, they should pull up and bring food out..

This is the "go to" spot after every celebratory sporting event when you live in Sheffield Village or Sheffield Lake.. the sixth grade girls from St. Thomas Catholic CYO basketball were the league champions again this year although because of Covid there was no play off games or trophy.. However Thank God Dairy Queen Saved the Day with..Flurries & Sundaes & Shakes Oh My😜. Thanks Dairy Queen for good service & great value & just for being open.. Inside & out! thumbs up guys!

The staff is great and so helpful. Chrystal went way above and beyond to create a beautiful cake for a special occasion. Very impressive.
