Excellent customer service. I accidentally ordered a poster in the wrong size for my project and the Staples staff printed it in the size I needed right away without charging me. What a lifesaver! Highly recommend this store.

Popped into my local Staples to get some items for work. The staff was friendly and assisted me in finding all of the items I needed. A sales person by the name of “Naipaul” was a pleasure to work with. Was able to ring up my items and get me out of the store so quickly. Thanks “Naipaul” for helping me find what I needed on a busy back to school afternoon of shopping.

I had a great experience at the printing center where I needed something that couldn’t be done through the website or at self service!

Amazing customer service at this location. I came in frazzled because I forgot to pack a surge protector and a move, misread the price and realized the replacement surge protector was much more than I thought it was. I immediately tried to head back to get a different one and a manager swooped in, took me to a different register and checked me out putting the price at what I had thought the label said.

Really stressed out right now, so I really appreciate that kindness. Will definitely be coming back.

I had a fabulous experience at this Staples. The associate, Naipaul was incredibly helpful with answering all my questions, and finding the last product in stock that I needed. From the moment I walked into the store to the time he loaded my car with my new chair, I was impressed with his kindness, expertise, and helpfulness. Fully loaded store. Clean and covid percautions in effect. Friendly service. We feel bad for them because their next store neighbors was a supermarket and it moved so that eliminated a lot of foot traffic

The print center was fast, accommodating, and did a great job printing my invitations at a reasonable price on the same day.
