My local Best Buy is the only destination when looking for electronics. Big or small purchases they got you covered. If you’re looking for the latest gadget or a high definition television they got you covered. With price matching and tons of daily deals you cannot beat their prices, customer service and professionalism. On my most recent trip to Best Buy I went to purchase kitchen appliances for a renovation/remodel of our home. I needed a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, hood, microwave, and ice maker. A high task that I was not looking forward to until I was approached by Melwyn D. in the home appliances department. I explain the reason for my trip, and Melwyn took over the situation. Melwyn put together varying appliances packages using top brands like Viking, Thermador, Kitchen Aid, and LG. All price points were hit, along with some sweet deals on multiple items from the same brand. After a few minutes Melwyn had my entire shopping list DONE! Melwyn took the guess work out of the process and made me feel like he had listened, analyzed the situation and was able to put together a great appliance package that my entire family will enjoy for years to come. I’ve been to this location many times, service can be inconsistent. Probably depends on no. of staff and traffic.

The past couple of times I went (in a month) I received 5* service, knowledgeable staff (Ali -great job). Also there was a gentleman wearing “Intel” shirt very humble and very helpful.

Saadia, Kareem, and Ahmad provided me with excellent service today, I came in today looking for a computer and a coffee machine and they were all on top of it. They all went above and beyond with their customer service from walking into the store to even walking out helping me carry my items. Salim in the Geek Squad department was amazing! I had issues with my computer and he was so patient and understanding as well as quick when figuring the answers to my problems.
