The ups attendant was very polite,friendly and help me out setting up my package without any trouble and he explained very detailed information about my delivery and which should be the arrival date

Such a nice store with friendly people! I just had to drop off an Amazon return and the woman who took the package (don’t know her name but she had a wrist brace) was so sweet and understanding. I even explained how the one closer to me has intimidating staff so it was so nice to go to a store with friendly personalities. I may drive the extra mile from now on :) keep up the great work!

I just sent a large package and I have to say one of the best UPS stores I have been to. The employee that helped me out was Ethan. He treated my package carefully and gently like it was an egg. He made sure everything was perfect and secure. Look forward to coming to this location more often!

I never write reviews but in this case I want to share how professional, trustworthy and efficient this UPS store and owner are. (And I have used for business and personal many UPS stores in the past).
I stopped in the store to buy supplies (boxes, bubble wrap, tape, etc.) to pack up a lot of things, including my mother’s expensive fragile items – vases, porcelain, and framed pictures. I found out that this UPS store can come to your home and do the packing for you, bringing with them a choice of box sizes and materials. At first I was cautious about that idea (being alone in the house) but felt okay with the owner.
Well he came over and he was so professional and upbeat. He helped figure out what sizes and supplies were best for the different items, and worked very quickly. (I realized it would have taken me a very long time to do it myself). He then took all the packed boxes to the store, shipped them and they arrived in New York in perfect condition. This is a review and a thank you.

I am always so impressed with this location and the staff that work here! They deal with a massive influx of customers everyday and they work through it! Yes there is usually a line and maybe it's not always super clean but that is to be expected! I really appreciate the service that they provide and it is done with a smile!! Thank you!!!

This is the best UPS store I have been to in the area. I had another wonderful experience the other day with a super pleasant staff member named Santiago. My packages always get sent out on the same day, and I walk out of there with confidence. Thank you for the wonderful customer experience, Santiago. I’ll be back!

My parents in Boca are down sizing and I brought a bunch of glass framed pictures to send to my house in Las Vegas. Two separate boxes were shipped to me and the amount of bubble wrap used and the size of the boxes they made were unbelievable. Everything showed up earlier than expected and in perfect condition. The girl helping me was super friendly, very helpful & she was busy. THANK YOU!!!!! ALLIE

Wow!! Best staff in any store ever. I called, they were extremely nice and caring and I’m still going crazy over how amazing they were. I went in a minute after closing time, and they were so courteous and nice, it’s very rare and very special to find such amazing staff!!! Great service! Great staff!!! I should’ve gotten their names, and UPS should just promote them all to CEO. I still am really so amazed and excited that there are such amazing staff members over here at UPS!!! I’m your number one fan!! Seriously!!! Ahhh ok I’ll stop now but thank you so much!

To me, in today's world of cell phone addiction, the lack of interpersonal communication (especially from "millennials") is becoming more rare.

Offering insights, knowing your job and seeing what your customer will need even before they do are all ways to keep customers, and get great reviews

I love this store. The guys are super nice. I always bring in my package sealed and forget something so have to open it up. I laugh and make a dumb joke. They laugh and go along with it. They do not charge me for tape like the post office or nickel and dime me for envelopes. Quick and easy. All I ask. I recommend and give a thumbs up.

Always so ready to help!! Make shipping and returning amazon products super easy and quick. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful (even during Christmas season! ) I have a ups store right in front of my house but I drive to this one for the great service!

This place is out of my way but I take the drive because the customer service is excellent. The employees at THIS ups store are always courteous, friendly and extremely helpful!! They make receiving and sending packages so much easier. Keep up the great work!!!!

Just met Devin, who kindly taped and properly labeled a package for me EVEN AFTER we discovered that the Return Authorization I was given by the store I was returning an item to could only be returned by using a different shipping company. THAT is over and above service that I sincerely appreciate and goes a long way!

We always go to this store but today went to another one closer to where we were and really experienced first hand how much better this store is, so much we did not sent the packages where we went and waited until we could make it to this store. The service is always stellar, they are always helpful and nice.
