My husband and I were in the market for new bedroom and living room furniture. When we arrived we were happily greeted by the staff. As we wanted to browse on our own that day we were free to do so with someone who came to check in on us periodically incase we had any questions. The show room was so clean and organized. We felt very comfortable navigating as we kept tabs of what we were needing to return back to purchase. We always have an excellent experience at City.

We stopped at several large furniture stores looking for just a dinning room table base. Every store told us they could not help. Our sales person Alex at City initially told us he did not think he could break up their sets, but he was willing to take us throughout the store to get ideas. When we found something that we liked, Alex was able to get us pricing for just the base. At that point we also looked for and found chairs that would be complimentary.

Pamela was amazing. She was extremely helpful in helping me refurnish my apartment. As a first time furniture buyer, Pamela made what I thought would be a dreadful and stressful experience, into a very fun and enjoyable one. She was patient, detail-oriented, and extremely helpful. I am so glad Pamela helped me and did an absolutely wonderful job. She helped me get exactly what I wanted and was vital to helping create a space that was mine. Thank you, Pamela!

We were impressed with the large selection of different qualities and styles. We were looking for nice solid wood furniture in white/ivory. They had the perfect style and quality set we we looking for and it was on sale as well as in stock. The decorator who helped us (Jasmine) was wonderful. She knew her stuff and listen to our wants and needs in helping us make a choice. Strongly recommend.

Ava Aitken was our sales representative today. She was friendly and most efficient. Ava made the task of picking out furniture easy and carefree. She showed us all that was available and in a very short time we were able to make a decision. This should be entirely credited to Ava and her excellent skills in showing and explaining all our options. Because she made it such a pleasant experience, we are going back for more pieces. I can't say enough about how pleased we were to be helped by Ava.

I visited City Furniture to purchase an accent chair for my daughter's apartment. I was greeted by a very friendly staff and had the good fortune of having Claudia Jordan assist me in making my selection. She was knowledgeable of all the options in which I could potentially be interested in and her lovely personality and professionalism made my entire experience so pleasant.

Nick was our salesman. He was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the furniture in the store. We purchased an incredible sofa and chair from him. Highly highly recommend city furniture as the prices were very very reasonable for the quality of furniture that we purchased.

I arrived at the store on a rainy day with my wife and five energetic sons. Store employees greeted us with smiles and were very patient with us as we navigated the store and tried out various bunk beds. Our saleswoman, Ava, showed us various beds and we still had our doubts and left the store without a purchase. However, Ava was very understanding, gave us her card, and, without nudging or pressuring us, said that if we decided to buy a bed to let her know. The next day after further research we bought a bed from Ava and it was done over the phone. Thank you Ava!

Danny was our salesperson and was wonderful. Shopping for a mattress can be a daunting experience. After shopping around in other stores he was a fresh of breath air. He helped me pick out my mattress and I was very happy it and with Danny’s help.

Had a great experience with our sales rep Damar. He was very helpful and attentive throughout our entire visit. We got exactly what we needed and more. The sale items were great. Would definitely recommend the store and Damar as a sales rep.

Update 7.2023- went back for mattress shopping and patio furniture. This time I got a sales person named Charlene. She was nice at first but during the checkout process she tried to quickly slip in a $400+ "in home service plan" without telling me and just flipped through her I pad screens hoping I would blindly sign everything. When I pushed back on the extra charge she became very pushy, threatened to call the sales manager over. He came and tried to talk me into it, but not overly aggressive. When I still declined, she was annoyed with both of us - him for not being more pushy and me for not buying it. Suddenly, she had another appointment coming, and the iPad tapping became aggressive screen flipping and lots of huffing and puffing. She was super annoyed, and we left without so much as a handshake. My last salesperson was such an amazing experience we literally hugged when she walked me to the door. So your experience will really depend on the salesperson you wind up with. Ps- I wound up canceling my order and re-buying the mattress elsewhere. I was REALLY turned off by her behavior.

Huge showroom of Ashley and City Furniture combined! The staff are low pressure, they don't follow you around and bother you. Such an amazing selection of items. You will want to visit multiple times to see everything they have. You can also order online via the chat with a sales representative, which she was super friendly and helpful as well.

Lou was great. We came in with two different ideas, and Lou guided us around the stores (City and Ashley) and we found a sectional that we both liked. We even purchased the rug displayed. Being in sales, I am aware of the other “suggestions” such as warranty and care plans, and Lou made us aware of all of them. The sectional and rug were delivered in 4 days, and the delivery guys were in and out in about 25 minutes. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Now we need a coffee table, Lou!

Loved working with Alex and when he was not there he paired me with Nick who was super. I look forward to continuing to shop with them and will ask for him personally. Great options and this store. Alex really took time with me to identify my needs without rushing me and gave me ideas as well.

A Warm Greeting from Alex Rodriguez (A-Rod) right when we walked in the door. He gave us enough time to browse and then came and offered his expertise knowledge of the items we were interested in. I will be recommending to anyone needing furniture. Easy shopping to setting up the delivery. A+++ in my book!

Our sales associate, Jeff Bannout, was very helpful and extremely nice. We knew what we were looking for since we had spent time researching in the Ashley website which is quite easy to use. Jeff also showed us some accent pieces for our family room and the coffee corner I’m trying to create. In all it was a very pleasant experience. We felt welcomed and never rushed. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and will be back for other items when I’m ready.

I want to personally thank Ava for helping me with my furniture selection at City Furniture. I was by myself, and my wife was home with the kids so I had the responsibility to pick out all the furniture from a males perspective. If I had an idea, she gave me "sound advice" on my selections from a females perspective. Most important, she knows, very well, the layout of store, color coordination's that will meet your budget. I highly recommend asking for Ava if you visit City Furniture in Boca Raton.
