Party City

Party City was founded in 1986 by Steve Mandell in East Hanover, New Jersey. Mandell recognized that most stores selling party items were small mom and pop outfits and that there was no dominant leader in the market. Since it's inception Party City has grown to be the largest party retailer in the United States, Canada, and Mexico with over 900 stores.

Party City always ends up having just what I need and through the years I have needed some strange dress up things for school and camp events. They also always had the perfect themed party supplies that my daughter wanted every year for her birthday. Since she is now grown I don't go as often as I once did but I was in the area and I had a birthday gag present in mind and this store had exactly what I wanted and it was only $5. They also had the birthday card and gift bag I needed so I didn't have to make another stop. The Boca Raton Party City is very clean and well organized. I saw staff members on the floor ready to help. I love their amazing candy aisle that is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth and if you can think of a party theme they most likely have it.

All of their Halloween merchandise is in now too. Decorations, party supplies, and costumes for people and pets, they have it all. Their $200 ice cream clown is the manifestation of my worst nightmare. As far as Party City locations go, this is a great one.

So convenient! I shopped on their website, chose pick up, and it was quick and painless. Someone from the store called me to tell me that one of the products I ordered was out of stock and it didn't reflect on the website yet, she offered to cancel that product or to substitute it with something similar. Great customer service and great attention to detail. I received text messages along the way updating me with every step of the way.

I visited this party city location because I needed stuff for my wedding I was in a tight squeeze and didn’t have a lot of time but I met this associate there his name was Cameron he went above and beyond to help me he was fast efficient save me lots of time he was very knowledgeable about the products of the soul and was able to help me quickly to get everything I needed he made my experience feel more like we were family then I was a customer what an amazing guy keep it up party city its employees like this that make your business shine

Everyone was very helpful. I was able to find everything I needed. They were getting very well stocked. Check out line went pretty fast

Love this place. Yes they can only have 1 register open but who cares now days. They always have everything I need for my parties. Wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff is helpful and the manager Linda always has a smile on her face.

Helpful and cheerful staff. Clean store. I can almost always find what I'm looking for, even if it isn't the best price it's the quickest. We buy decorations for Deerfield Thrift there even!

Last week I went into the Party City here in Boca Raton located on Palmetto Park Rd within a Plaza. I was assisted by Andrea Araque with selecting Balloons for my wife's Bday. Last time I purchased Balloons was my sons 8 year bday and he's 15 now. Needless to say, I was no pro at the Balloon Hustle. Andrea greeting me as I came in the door and asked if I needed any assistance. This helped a lot because I was totally lost. She assisted with locating my wife's favorite colors, created a great color scheme with the use of the ribbon and made sure I had all I needed to make my wife's bday memorable. I highly suggest going to this Party City if you're in the area and ask for Andrea!! she will make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. =)
