AT&T Store

Great customer service! Emmanuel was really helpful and caring, helping us to solve a data blockage issue. We were at the store for 2 hours, but he was able to fix, with Kylie's help (tech support) what 5 other people didn't solve.

The staff in the AT&T store located at 7028 Palmetto Park Road, in Boca Raton, FL, demonstrated the willingness and expertise to resolve a long-standing problem that I was having with one of my accounts. Their resolve in addressing my problem... that had eluded others for well over two years... was truly noteworthy. They addressed my problem with patience and resolve that is rarely seen today in large corporations. As an AT&T customer of many years, I personally extended thanks and appreciation to the staff members. However, I also wanted management to be aware of the customer service that I feel is deserving of these
few words of commendation.

This store really help me get a new phone and TV service really quick. The store manager Alejandro went above and beyond to help me create the TV account. The store is small but they take time to really understand our problems and needs. Felipe had also help get a really good deal for the iPhone 11. They transferred all my information onto the new phone with no problem. This is by far the best AT&T store I've walked into. The staff is awesome. I will continue my business with this store! Thank you to the staff!

Everyone at this location was wonderful. Jason and the manager Alejandro went above and beyond to explain all of our options and make sure that my husband left with a new phone the same day. He had a broken phone for two days that is very necessary for his job. Also, while there, other customers came in that the staff greeted by name which was a great testimony to the culture this location leads. Way to go!

My experience here was awesome and Brett was not only patient but extremely helpful! I’ve been going back and forth with customer service and my local ATT for weeks now! I came to this store and had my issue resolved in a timely and professional manner! From today forward I will make the drive to this store specifically for the amazing staff they have on board!

My husband and I had a great experience at this ATT location. The manager Alejandro as well as the new employee Dillan listened to all of our questions and concerns and were able to help us save money as well improve upon our current cell phone service. I was also pleased with all of the protocols in place in reference to COVID 19 that made me feel safe as well as also taking in to consideration the safety of the staff. Will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

I would give 10 stars if that was an option. They worked patiently with me to get me what I wanted and explained everything in specific detail. I always like going in and seeing them because they treat me like a PERSON instead of a customer. Their staff are well trained, knowledgeable, polite, professional, and courteous. They're respectful of my time and my schedule. Leonardo is their manager and he worked with me personally. So if you're an att customer or looking to become one, I highly suggest you go to this store. You'll be glad you did!

Jonathon, Nick, and Leo were super helpful in getting me set up with my iPhone 11. They transferred all of my information within an hour, helped me with every single question I had, and didn't let me leave until they were sure they went through all the steps. Thanks guys! Everyone carries themselves like the manager. Super amazing store.

The employees were very nice and I appreciate the attention.
If I can make a suggestion, it would be nice to have a hands sanitizing station by the entrance. Kind of weird everyone comes in and touches everything without at least being suggested to sanitize their hands nowadays. That's my only suggestion, so if you are going there, make sure to bring your own!

Alex and Alejandro did a great job setting my wife and I with new phone. They were very patient with us explaining all the promotions. I highly recommend them.

I came to this store to purchase a new phone; Jason gave me undivided attention and made sure everything transferred over to my account. He remembered my name when I went in a couple days later for them to place a screen protector on the phone; while there I inquired about Att tv and was shown how it worked and info on it. After deciding to transfer from uverse to Att, I have to say that Alejandro kept on ATT (over several days) until they got the bill settings right. He kept texting me to let me know he was on it. I will definitely do business here in the future and recommend them.

This morning because we had a problem with our cell phone we had the opportunity to be welcome by the manager of the store M. Lezama. This became an experience in many ways. First the reception was very cordial. Then he listen very carefully to our problem and solved it. He really knows what he is doing and he like what he is doing. He is a knowledgeable gentleman. He is an asset to ATT.
