MARITZA in the Intimates Department helped me and my client for well over an hour at Macy's a few weeks ago. Marita was so patient and kind. She was an expert in her inventory and wanted my friend and I to be happy with our purchases. She just kept shuffling back to the dressing room with goodies until we found the perfect fit. Thank you Maritza & thank you Macy's !!!

I must say I haven't been to a department store in quite a while but I was impressed. Well stocked and plenty of sales items available. I find regular priced items overpriced, so unless I'm in dire need, I only look at reduced items. The store was clean and well lit. A/C was blasting a little too cold for my taste, but that's every store in FL. Just in my opinion, the store should consider taking the temp up a few degrees and conserve some energy and pass those savings to customers

Excellent customer service on the second floor.
Young lady went above and beyond in trying to find my pre-order perfume that was place over a month ago. After some search she able to find it and have it ship to my home. She was proficient and super sweet. Thank you

On President's Day, the manager in the LANCÔME Dept in the Macy's Boca Town Center in Boca Raton, FL, is top-notch. She is beautiful, sweet, helpful, and so classy. Her friendly smile and face were on the whole time. I am so upset I forgot how to spell her name. She wears glasses with a beautiful bronzed brown glow. She was so helpful in returning a perfume my son bought me, and I wanted to exchange it since I already had the same one, and, of course, my teen couldn't find the receipt. No issues, no confrontation, and no discomfort. I wish all help was so effortless and kind. WAY TO GO!!

👏 Great customer service by the lady in the baby jewelry department. I forgot to get here name she was AMAZING! I came looking for baby earrings with a screw-in back.

I had the pleasure to come in today to purchase some toys for a toy drive. They had a great sale for $8.99 from $29.99. Priscila was the young associate that was able to process 58 toys. She took the time to assist me and she called another associate to put all toys inside a cart to transport to my car. She did with a huge smile and at the end actually thanked me! I wanted to thank her for her amazing customer service! She made what i thought it was going to be a crazy task, very easy one. I was in and out in 35 min.

Great location, very accommodating staff, good selection of quality items. I love shopping here. My son loves their Polo Ralph Lauren section. I can pretty much count on finding anything of quality I need there for any occasion. I love the standard they uphold in terms of a quality shopping experience.

I dealt with Richie Ben on the 2nd floor register, he was very helpful and courteous. I was with my two sisters and enjoyed our trip to Macy's today, because of his kindness.

Boca Town Center store is excellent. Good choice of goods,excellent discounts. Short of staff.

I love this store! Bought both Tommy Hilfiger wide leg jeans and romper. Too cute on me!

Went there for perfume gift. Had a good sale and so many to choose from. Sales people were nice and always ready to help.

Large parking lot. Nice store with a large selection of products.. Clothes, shoes, household goods, furniture.. Before Christmas, good discounts on clothes, shoes of various brands.. Always a pleasure to shop here 🛍🛍 Staff is very helpful

For makeup, Karen at Benefit Cosmetics is the best!
She knew the discontinued products I was talking about (I've asked about them at every makeup store for years now with no luck) and was the first person to recommend a product that did exactly what I needed.

Bonnie at Clinique was exceptionally helpful to the customer ahead of me and to me. Bonnie patiently assisted me with my requests and even provided shopping bags to accommodate juggling my other purchases. This is not my first experience with Bonnie who, on every occasion, has been a 5-star salesperson for Clinique. Bonnie unmistakably likes her job, knows her Clinique products and excels at what she does!

Unbelievable a Macy’s that has a men’s department as large as the women’s section and with one of a kind TRENDY fashions. Felt like I was shopping in South Beach Miami but the prices were low! Here’s some pictures of some clothes I found to be a little over the top

Best Macy's in the area. All major brands are available. Variety is enormous which requires a lot of time for choosing. Very clean and hygienic. Don't forget to explore Backstage as you might find good prices.

I always have a good experience when I come to buy my Lancôme products at Macy’s Boca Town Center. Specially Veta is phenomenal. She is so helpful and friendly. Her energy, smiles and positive attitude are contagious. I highly recommend coming to visit Veta in the Lancôme store.

We stopped in the shoe department in this Tornado of a Junkyard show case... I thought a pack of teenagers came and had a free for all and ransacked the place.. Who am i to give them any credit with the staff here at the Michael kors shoe pit... They are for the most part of my presence under staffed and the staff they do have are from other countries and are different when handling and approaching customer's needs.... The price here is not payless but the quality is much nicer and we know some things you dont want to skip out on...the cashier named John was very helpful because we found a pair of two left red shoes and John went into the back and foun thebcorrect match for my Queen of South... kudos to all of the cashiers and hair and I don't forget to take your bartender yeah

I love Macy's as they have the brands I love and great customer service. But now my kids love Macy's because they have Toys R Us up on the third floor.
