I had a terrific experience at this dealership. I went into the showroom, knowing exactly what I wanted, and was pretty adamant about my budget and the vehicle being a certain trim, color, etc. like everyone else, I hate spending hours and hours at car, dealers shopping around and wasting time, and this was not the case! My salesman, Haq, was very efficient, responsive, only showed me cars that I wanted to see, and did not try to sell me on some thing that I didn’t want, he really respected my time. He showed me the vehicles I wanted very efficiently, and answered all of my questions. 10/10 super happy with my new expedition !

Was treated very well. Family was considered and also taken care of during the wait process. Tried multiple dealers. Had one other that was great but the incentive financing of 0.9% made the difference to sign. Then even after, Michele was great. She took care of everything without issue, was very knowledgeable, has a bucket list of connections to get all the documents needed quickly. Would highly recommend.

Always a positive customer service experience. Pricing for the work to be done is unreasonably high for me. $2,000 to change the valve covers on a V6 engine. Anthony my service advisor was very helpful!

My last visit with AutoNation Ford Margate was absolutely horrible. I delt with an agent that goes by the name of Maria. She made it clear to me through her actions that she did not care at all about me as a loyal customer. She caused me to waste two days at the Ford dealership, just to send me back home with the same problems unresolved. Although this page might show a five-star rating. Please know that I was tricked into giving this rating on a previous repair without seeing the completed results. I have purchased four Ford F-150 trucks over the last thirty years, all were brand new. Except the current one. However, I plan to never purchase another Ford product again. Because, for the most part, they have repeatedly demonstrated that they care nothing about me as a consumer after the sale of their products.

Great service and great staff. I was having my car serviced at another dealership and they installed a faulty battery and when I called they said they couldn’t see me for two weeks. I called Margate Ford and they saw me the same day, verified the battery was purchased from the other dealership and was still in warranty. They had it replaced within the hour at no charge. I’m only going to this service location for my Mustang going forward.

I was very impressed with AutoNation Ford Margate. I was dreading having to take my car in for a minor recall issue. When I got there the Nathan was friendly and prompt and even provided transportation home while the work was being done. The work was done on time. They checked out the car and had no recommendations for further work. I was hoping someone would pinch me to make sure this was true.

Bought my first car from AutoNation Ford Margate and they have been amazing throughout the whole process. Got a screw in my tire 2 days after purchasing the car and the dealership took the car in to replaced the tire free of charge! Thanks to Shawn Blackmond and the whole team over there. Walked in for service and the department was very clean and the staff was efficient in handling the customers. Shomari was excellent in providing me updates regarding the status of my vehicle being serviced. Definitely will be returning for all my service needs!

We expressed interest in purchasing a new Expedition with specific details like 4x4, Max, color, etc. We contacted several dealers. Some ignored our requests or tried to sell us something different. We went for test drives at other Ford dealers who weren’t familiar with the vehicle and outright apathetic about us. Grieco Ford in Delray scored a zero. We also had a similar experience at AutoNation Mercedes of Delray. More training is needed at all of those locations.We were promised an Expedition from Mullinax in WPB but they were slow to transfer it from another location.
So we we’re contacted by AutoNation Ford Margate. At this point, my expectations were quite low. We drove down at 8:00 at night. They were very serious.We arrived home around 1:00 a.m. with our new Expedition.
They knocked it out of the park with what they presented us. The salesperson knew the vehicle. He was friendly and professional. We met the manager, too. Everyone was great.
There was great follow-up, too.

If you are looking for a dream car then make sure you have Jack Schumacher help you out. Been looking for quite a while for the perfect 2004 mustang cobra and Jack immediately started to help me get the dream car from my childhood. Communication was very good throughout the whole process and the sales manager Matt was awesome as well. Very clean dealership and very attentive staff. Couldn’t be happier. Was the best dealership experience I’ve had so far.

2024 red mustang premium GT convertible manual shift, with all the bells and whistles purchased at AutoNation Ford in Margate Florida Is the best auto purchasing decision I ever made. Jonathan Flores is a low pressure friendly sales staff member who made this the best auto purchasing experience I ever had. AutoNation Ford dealer in Margate Florida has beautiful, clean showroom.
