Very clean location. Friendly staff and great gaming area. There are no public bathrooms though.

Go here a lot because it's a 2 minute walk from my apartment. Almost daily. Last night I locked myself out of my apartment. They were kind enough to let me use their phone. Thank you. Plan on coming back. Maybe today.

This is the cleanest and most well stocked 7 11 I have ever been too. I love the owner Pat! If she doesn’t carry something that you want or need she will stock it for you. It’s true that there is no bathroom here, the store was not built with a public restroom...that is not the franchisees fault. Go to the bathroom before you leave your home!

Also grew up in valley view. Just moved back and still frequently visit this 7-11. Owner is a very nice lady, and all the employees are friendly. Well stocked, helpful staff, clean store. It's a 7-11 so can't ask for anything else.

That Sam guy must have stopped in at a terrible time. I grew up in the neighborhood behind the store. Although they have cycled through many employees throughout the years, most have been respectful and could help me with what I came for before I even have to ask. Too bad this is only the second review, they are truly better than Sam depicts. - Valley View Johnny.

This 7-Eleven is a mark of the community surrounding it. I loved working there for a few months.

About what you would expect for convenience store..
Nice people.

Store is usually clean and well-stocked with things I came to buy. Checkout service varies, depending on who is there -- the fat lady during the day is not very friendly, sometimes downright rude.

Normally sub par but, I went there at 9:45pm and asked the employee if she had any other flavors of white owl cigarillos than the ones on the big display, immediately she became harsh and rude and said no, and also there aren’t any other flavors. I asked if she was sure and she asked if I knew, I don’t know the names but know they exist, she said no we don’t have any just those, so I looked all over to find the over flavors, a whole assortment of ten at least, wretched customer service

Ever since the new owners came in, they started being very cheap. For example, now there is never any milk for coffee. Never going there again!!!!!

I only go here cause it's right next to my apartment complex. The owner is really nasty. She only acts nice to guys. Most of the employee's look like they hate their jobs. Just had a bad experience with a rude girl over lottery tickets. The one guy who works at night is the only nice one who works there, otherwise, dont waste your time. There is 2 great gas stations 30 seconds from this horrible place! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Rude workers. My car broke down across the street and I was waiting for service, I had to use the restroom. It was a very hot day and I planned to buy a gatorade on my way out. I was told I could not use the private restrooms. I told the lady that my car broke down. She dismissed me and repeated I could not use their restroom. And I left without buying anything. What is wrong with people???

I stopped here to use their restroom & purchase cheese. However the gentleman said he cannot allow me to use the bathroom bc it’s against “health code violations”... I went maybe a quarter mile to half a mile down the road heading west on butterfield to the next 7-eleven where I was able to purchase food & USE their bathroom. I hate when people beat around the bush. 🙄
I recommend going to a gas station if you or your kids need to use the bathroom. Could you imagine having to urinate so badly or your child having to do so & you’re decline services. The place is filthy anyway. Typical 7-eleven

I wish there was a rating lower than one. Dirtbag followed me around the store during my two minute visit. Gave me a torn bag and refused to communicate. He won't be employed long.

I asked them if I can use the bathroom because every other 7 11 has. She gave me a dirty face and said we don't have a public bathroom and kicked me out
