There were many people in the place, but all with masks. I needed some boxes of a specific size, a worker helped me and was helping me for about 20 minutes and could not find them although he was kind enough to recommend me to go to Menard, I kept looking and found the boxes I was looking for at a very good price. In the end, I left that store very satisfied. Mask required to enter. Thank you

Thank you for the well organized stuff, Home Depot workers and consultants are available to answer to all of your questions and that’s why I have only the great experience here. Before one time when no where to appear black hair women with a tall men, who looks protective, anyways it wasn’t suspicious until she start to asking about my address, want to give me approval for some credit card for the holidays season. Check them out and be aware. At all there is no concerns any more.

Glenda in blinds/flooring is great! She’s taken care of us in the past and we were so happy to see she is still there to take care of us again. She goes above and beyond to help with design and really knows her stuff! She’s so friendly and fun too!😊Thanks Glenda—Tom and Carol

Amazing customer service at this location. From Lisa all the way up to the store manager. And its always like that here. I would pass another HD to come here.

Who doesn't like Home Depot? I usually get tools here ( power tools). Great selection.

Last night I made a trip to the Crystal Lake Home Depot for blinds. I live right by the Algonquin Home Depot, and typically frequent that location, but they were out of the size I needed. I have to rave about the service I received by Len, who greeted me in the most warm and welcoming way. He couldn’t help me in my department but went to go find someone who could. When he discovered they were busy helping another customer, he brought me a bottle of cold water and kept checking on me until I was helped. Then he brought over Michael, who was about to take his lunch break, but stopped to help me cut my blinds. They both were rays of sunshine after a very long day of working on our home! Thank you so much Len and Michael. After I left them, I was trekking through the store trying to balance a shopping cart full of blinds and another helpful gentleman, whose name I did not get, offered to get me a flat cart instead. I left Home Depot in Crystal Lake feeling appreciated and grateful. Thanks everyone! :)

Jake L. in the paint department was amazing! After 2 front desk guys told me I should google the adhesive I was looking for, Jake L approached me and asked if I needed help. He took me directly to 3 options and explained why he recommended the one I ended up buying. Great young man certainly going places! Go Penn!

It was great but they didn’t have frames

The paint department staff was super helpful in advising me on what to buy (and how to use it) to repair bathroom drywall damaged when a towel rod was used as a grab bar.

Mr. Len Wildey, an appliance specialist, has been amazing. He's helped us purchase a gas stove, microwave, fridge, and upright freezer on separate occasions. He's very knowledgeable and respectful. I really appreciate his enthusiasm and willingness to help.

I just want to share some feedback about Ray that helped me pick out my tile for my bathroom. He was so helpful and knowledgeable I was really impressed. He is a valuable employee and I hope he gets paid accordingly.

Just returned some flowers that died, very quick and easily with the card number used to purchase. I also bought two new pots of flowers to replace them, and one of the employees used her own water bottle to water them for me since I am going grocery shopping after this. Very happy with the customer service here!

Tom in the paint department knew his stuff! Because of his knowledge and expertise, I was able to accomplish my goals in the house! Thanks Tom! Also, my family and I were greeted when we came into the store, and what a pleasant surprise that was! The cashiers were extremely nice to us, and they interacted with my child. I love this Home Depot. This is the best one I've ever been to. The cleanliness is great too!

Always a pleasure! Local staffers are always informed and ready to help, speak well of management when morale is good along with performance. I will just add all companies like Lowe's and Home Depot who honor our service men and women daily, make them a destination for this vet; but damnit tell corporate to go back show your ID for the discount. Too many elderly vets have rarely ever gotten discounts in their lives for serving, and now to say they can't just because they don't have a smart for is shameful. I opted out and removed the app from my phone after I heard of the login requirement for vets; on principle for those ole dieing breed of true American Patriots

I came in just to get some paint. Gabby, the incredibly friendly woman at self checkout was so helpful. She came up to me and made sure I found everything I needed, asked and explained about the Home Depot credit card. I did need help putting the paint in my vehicle and she called for assistance right away. Doug, came up front right away. He was so nice and made sure he put the paint in exactly where I wanted it. Most Home Depot’s you either can’t find anyone to help you or they’re rude. I love this location. They’ve always been friendly, helpful, and professional.

You can always count on Home Depot to have almost whatever you need for home repairs or construction. This store is clean and plenty of employees there to help you find what you're looking for.

Found what we needed quickly and had a good experience

It was a normal trip to the Depot until I got on the check out line. The cashier was very nice. She actually talked with me and was very friendly It made my visit stand out compared to other visits. A nice friendly person makes a huge impact on the impression of the experience.
