This is a very neat and well stocked Lowes, and they have a huge assortment of Craftsman tools and products. Employees are very friendly and professional.

I just simply fell in love with Lowe's the first time I tried them out and haven't been back to the depot. Lowe's is so clean, organized and the employees are so nice and helpful. You can tell by the attitude of each person that they like their job and must be treated well.

Fast and at a good price for products.
2nd. Trip to this store, they are truly fantastic people, well trained and knowledgeable. I had checked everywhere in a 50 mile circle for a lawnmower drive belt. Several places ignored me or didn't have what I needed and didn't care to help me find it. One place even sold me junk product. But not Lowes they were suggested to me late one day I arrived 5 minutes before closing time with little expectation of getting what I wanted. Boy, was I wrong, a salesman jumped right in and found what I needed and got me on my way! I'll go there first next time instead of wasting my time elsewhere.

Meet a very wonderful associate named Val. She helped us out and was very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The store was very busy, and everything was smooth with purchasing. We love this store!

Even though both sales associates in the appliance department were busy with other customers we were able to locate what we wanted and by the time one salesperson got done helping the other person we were ready to purchase our new dryer and get it delivered a few days later. We have trusted Lowe's with all our appliances and the deliveries. Trust me it's worth the extra wait.

Professional staff and clean store. I prefer Lowes over Home Depot and this is my go to location. if you shop at Lowe’s in Douglasville, go to the one in Carrollton to see the difference.

I love their flowers. I am trying to improve my mom's flower beds and they have a wide variety and good prices. Their staff is also very helpful and always asks if you need help.

Went there back again today got more paint And again I'm lost for words how nice people are at this location especially Lary and Randy last couple days with paint have been very helpful And extremely welcoming even the ladys at the registers Tina and Amber one helped me scan the other give me a discount then when leaving I forgot something an pam ran it out to me ❤ again this place was very nice with great people I definitely recommend going here.

I love Lowes, their range of products is fantastic, their staff is on the ball, helpful and knowledgeable about the stuff they sell. It's clean and tidy and the prices are not bad at all. I highly recommend them for your diy gear and projects.

Great prices, the store is very clean and organized. Customer service is excellent, specially Melody, the lady that helped us with the selection and purchase of the flooring for our living room.
Almost a month later we went to the store to purchase other items and she recognized us and ask if we were enjoying our new floor.
Not only she has a great memory but also shows that she pays attention to the customers.
And that’s another reason why we are loyal Lowe’s customers.

Loved Lowe's.We go there all the time.The staff is friendly and helpful,you can actually find a sales associate if you need one they don't duck and dodge the customer like other places...lol. They are great there.We had to have a sink faucet and the associate help us find the right one for us and it worked great when we got home.A good place,a good Sountern place.

I wish Lowe's was a little closer to me. I like going here more than home Depot but I have to go into Carrollton to go to Lowes. I wish they would build one in villa Rica
