Maloree was absolutely amazing! She asked all the rights questions, gave me the right advice and sold me on home internet! If I had my own business, she’d be handling my accounts!

I went last week to upgrade. Hands down, the best experience I've had with their customer service. Dustin was very helpful, patient, and took care of me very well. I left with a smile, wonderful new Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra, and great experience. Another customer and I even talked in the parking lot about how great the employees and atmosphere was. Definitely recommend. Thank you Verizon for a welcoming service.

The wait on Sunday was gruesome but the service was good. Monday was much better. Service was great!

I stopped in on Christmas Eve. Everyone was super friendly. Maloree Golden assisted me. She was very kind and super knowledgeable about all the products and services available. She provided service with a smile; even though it was Christmas Eve, and I'm sure she wanted to be with her family. Thank you for your kindness!

Antoine Woods is the best! Great customer service! Been in twice this week and he helped with each issue we’ve had. While helping us, he juggled assisting other employees and customers without interrupting our service. 5 Stars to him! Will be back to upgrade! Thanks for employing such a friendly, hardworking, helpful employee!

Very friendly and helped me like I was the only one there, I wasn't. They didn't rush through my service. The young lady was a delight.

Very pleasant. I explained what I needed (a new charger) and that I wasn't sure what kind I needed, due to their being so many different kinds. They young lady helped me out immediately. I was in and out in about 15 to 20 minutes.

My wife just bought a new phone! Wahoo! The solution specialist, Malloree, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. My wife is very happy, so I am very happy. 😊

Staff is always nice and knowledgeable. They haven't ever tried to upsell me on anything we didn't need. Make an appointment on line and you will be seen almost immediately.

Went New Years Eve and it was quite busy and only a couple of reps working since it was a holiday. But Nigel took care of me and got me a new phone and put on my screen protector for me (thank you so much I'm hopeless with these)!! Thanks, Nigel, you're awesome!

Absolutely the worst experience in the 10+ years with Verizon. Purchased a pre paid phone from Walmart, because the Verizon did not have one. Took to store near Walmart. The individual said since I bought it at Walmart, I needed to go there to help set it up. Then when she decided to help, she could not get Sim & memory card out, (long fingernails). She rudely handed to me & it popped right if. Then due to fingernails she could not get memory card back in. She handed it to me & advised that I could do it later. Then she said I did not bring cable to transfer info from phone to phone Then screen note ask if I wanted to transfer. Info from old phone & she hit no. I took by phone & ask her to leave me alone. Then another another person helped me, in less than 10 minutes I was on my way smiling. The one bad egg needs to go to, well you know. Trim those nails, this is crazy

In and out in 30 mins. The technical team helped me resolve an issue with my Sim card. We had to jump through a few hoops, but my phone is working again.

In my home town the Verizon store makes me feel like a bother. In the Carrollton Ga. Verizon store, I feel like an important customer. I've been coming to Carrollton store for over 5 years. Always very happy with my service and the staff.

Despite it being super busy the service was prompt to remind us they were coming. Amanda was the rep who quickly helped us with our questions to ensure what we researched online was correct. Would recommend this store based soleyvon that experience.

Staff was very friendly, I had a locker pickup and the young lady helped me and answered all questions I had about the device.

Huge shout out to Antwan the Verizon Guy!!!! Had been thinking of changing providers. You all kinda expensive but been a customer for yrs. My husband got his mother's old iPhone. Antwan so totally helped move my husband into over. Very patient and caring. I'm staying with Vierizo . Thank you so much!

The staff here is great, especially Tori. I did receive great service attention from Destin and David as well, but Tori helped me set up my plan. She was professional, very patient and always had a smile! She helped me two days in a row to add 4 lines to my plan!
I'm glad I switched and brought along all my family with me to Verizon!
