Publix Super Market at McIntosh Plaza

Great experience here today. I came in wanting something in particular and Chance in produce abruptly stopped what he was doing and helped me. Such a sweet employee who showed diligence by checking in the back for me. We need more people like Chance !

Hey there! Shopping at Publix is fantastic for several reasons. Firstly, their customer service is top-notch - the staff is always friendly and willing to help. Secondly, the quality of their products is exceptional, from fresh produce to specialty items. Additionally, Publix offers a wide range of organic and gluten-free options, catering to various dietary needs. Lastly, their BOGO deals and digital coupons make it easy to save money while shopping for your favorite groceries.

This is in Carrollton Georgia, I love this store. There's a wonderful bakery inside, where they bakery fresh bake cakes, pies, etc. Sort of pricey, but inflation is everywhere. They also make sandwiches, the chicken salad on French is delicious.

I do wish the area between the shopping aisles and the checkouts to be less congested as it can be a bit chaotic when a crowd comes in. I do love shopping here though, that's one of the few places that has my Blue Bell no sugar added ice cream

Publix has the best pharmacy I have ever used in my 20 years of dealing with prescriptions/pharmacies. They are so efficent and kind. It doesn't matter how long of a line they have, they knock it out everytime. When I call I actually get a real person on the phone. I am very thankful for them and the great job they do. All the employees are so nice in the store and the bathrooms are always clean and smell great!!

The Carrollton, Georgia Publix located in Macintosh Plaza, is ALWAYS on top of things! This location serves our community with a clean and maintained store both inside and out! The staff is friendly and professional. Every shelf is neatly and meticulously stocked with care, and prices are always visible.

I was short 50 cent's and the register and Kyle was gracious enough to cover came out with something left over from a previous customer instead of me having to go all the way to the truck. My experience with Publix is that they have consistently demonstrated courteous professionalism, and have gone above and beyond the expectation of standard customer service. A pleasure shopping every time!

Always so clean, shelves stocked, and an employee waiting to see if anyone needs help. Love the store. I just hate the prices.

They are always fantastic! They checked the website to find it had decreased the cost of my perscription. gave me a flue shot while I was waiting, and,as always, were kind, pleasant, cheerful, and efficient. Linda Hessel

The only thing about Publix I don't like is that they put sale tags in front of the wrong items hoping you don't notice it are you don't check your receipt an pay a higher price for example 🥜 they are several sizes an if you don't check the ozs its not the one on sale

This Publix is a very nice store, as most publix' are. I've always had good experiences with this store.

Now this is my favorite Publix to visit and buy from. Always check out the Publix website and check out their BOGO’s also. You cannot go wrong there.

Pharmacy has no wait. I have auto refill, pay online and zip in & out. The bakery is the best in Carrollton. The deli has a wide selection and I can always find someone to help me.

My cashier, "Dee" (as labelled on the receipt), was clearly having a bad day and didn't want to be there. There was no greeting, no polite conversation, no discussion about the checkout/payment process, no goodbye, etc. She was silent the whole time other than a terse "come on" with a big sigh when asking me to get in her fast checkout lane, which did not have the light on. I sincerely hope whatever was weighing on her gets resolved and that her coming days and weeks improve.

With all that said, I wanted to leave a five-star review because I realized this is the first time in over 10 years of shopping at this grocery store that I have had an overtly rude/negative employee interaction. Sometimes it's neutral, but typically it's overwhelmingly positive, and that's rare. So I wanted to give recognition to this Publix for having some of the most consistently helpful and friendly customer service one could hope for over the course of 10+ years.

Clean, but very expensive 😕. Don't shop here often, only when I'm close by.
