I Haven't ate here in over a decade and I decided to come back yesterday. I tried the catfish etouffee and It was a 10/10! Still a really good place to eat. I will be coming back!

Awesome service and excellent food. The banana pudding isn’t my favorite, but everything else is amazing. The Brunswick stew is perfect! So is the Mac and cheeese and pulled pork.

We chose to have lunch here, while waiting for time to go to my son's graduation. The portions for the price was good, the food was made from scratch. The only exception was the sweet potato fries, but they were still delicious! Great family friendly BBQ house, with a working drive thru!

Want to step into a 1950's Diner with delicious food and attentive friendly customer service? This place is it!!! The chocolate malt is the OG and the cheeseburger basket is reminiscent of a time before they started adding all the preservatives and junk to food. Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something different and not a chain. They do only take cash, if you don't have any, there is an ATM located inside.

Give it a 4.7. Pork plate was lean and tender. Brunswick Stew was different but good. Might could add a little pork to it.

This is a low-key "hole in the wall" BBQ joint that serves the best crawfish etouffee you will find anywhere...period!

I had the BBQ Brisket with fries and black-eyed peas. The brisket was great, the fries were ok, and the black-eyed peas had a strange spice. We didn't care for them. My husband had the pork and it was pretty good but the best thing on the table was the creamed corn; we both thought it was incredible. We took homemade banana pudding home with us which was WAY too sweet for me - my husband liked it more. Our service was good and everyone was friendly.

Billy Bob's is a great little place and very nice folks work there. There smoked meats are great - they obviously have a knowledgeable pit man. One thing, and this may just be me, but - I wish their main sauce was a little thinner with a greater concentration of vinegar (I believe this is referred to as a Carolina-based sauce). Now, there current sauce is not bad, but I prefer the more liquid vinegar based sauce that is really noticeable in the bite. If they are serving what they surmise the customer wants then I fully understand. Perhaps serving it on the side would be nice. Again, great restaurant and nice folks. They also serve up some good meat and three vegetable plates as well. Thanks and I will be back very soon!!

Update 2/16/23 - Lord if their food was any better you'd swear you were dining with Jesus himself. No seriously though, their bbq is great, their Brunswick stew is fantastic and they still have the best ranch on the planet. Can't go wrong with their mouth-watering food. Remember to treat your servers well by tipping them for their hard work.

Green beans were good, salad was really good because they have the best darn ranch dressing but the Beef Brisket is so good that I ordered a pound of it to bring home. Never really had anything g bad here. It's just good southern food!!

I have eaten at this restaurant for over 40 years the food has always been the best and the people are good people.

Totally understaffed, that did not mean the service or quality of their food suffered. It took me 14 minutes to get great food at a reasonable price for 5 people. Thier employees are obviously long term and dedicated. I will be going back. BTW, thier Stew is to die for. 😊

When I go to Carrollton to eat out 9 times out of 10 I always go to Billy Bob’s And I’ve always order hamburger steaks 😋

Great food! Good people! And Fast service. We got our food in less than 5 minutes. Owner is very sweet. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied.

Can't beat the friendly atmosphere here! And their food is double delicious. Cajun chicken , beef tips & Rice, barbecue chicken , and those vegetables are yummy! Good people own this place and they treat you like your family! Hell, they could use a 10 star rating .

We love Billy Bob's hot sauce that is on the table. I always over do it on my sandwich and my tongue n lips burn for hours lol. Just ask for extra BBQ sauce, it's great too, if you don't like hot hot. Nice n friendly staff. 5* for this family owned n staffed BBQ hunt

Nice clean spacious restaurant with energetic friendly staff. The Food is Great. I actually tried the Crawfish Ettouffee witch is Legendary.from the waters of Louisiana! I highly recommend if your wanting something different. I will be back!
