Big Chic

First, the young lady who served us at the counter was awesome. (I don't know her name, but she's going to college in January for special education). She noticed I used a walker and my dad was on oxygen so she told us to sit at the tables and she'd bring our food instead of us having to stand up and wait for it.
The potions are huge, food is fresh! Prices were decent for what you get. Chicken livers were awesome. Sweet tea was good. Fried chicken and shrimp both very good but the flounder was just average. Fries and potato salad both tasty and the fried strawberry cream cheese pie was on point!!
Main downfalls: they were out of the fried peach pie and the picnic tables weren't very easy for a disabled individual to access.
This was our first time here but definitely will be back when we are back in town for another doctor appointment, as we live almost an hour away.

Old school chicken shack, been coming here for many years for good basic fried chicken and fries...in a sack..to go for a reasonable price and although I didn't get a jalapeno this time, I usually do and I would recommend you do too, it kinda brings it all together (you can also just get the jalapeno juice)

Food was hot and fresh! Our order was wrong but other than that, keep up the good work!

We had a little of a long wait because they kept running out of options we selected. This location has the best customer service! The chicken is the best out of all the locations I’ve tried. This is a great option for some good fried chicken 👌

Riddle me this, how does every single piece of chicken and the fries come so hot that they taste like they were just cooked??? I mean every single time the food is hot fresh and crispy as if it was literally just cooked and my wait time is never more than 5 minutes. This is my first time back in over 5 years and it's still just as good as I remember. I'll be back soon 🤤🤤🤤

Love me some Big Chic! I got chicken tenders this evening, they are the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had. The breading was light but flavorful and the tenders were plump and juicy. Fried okra is my favorite and don’t forget the hush puppies.

I love this place. When I want some Fish, Chicken, and Fried okra I go to the Big Chic.

The ONLY place I get my chicken gizzards hot and ready! Ordered with jalapenos and hot sauce. Yep, I said it!! With a bit of lemon juice squeezed over it when I get home. I will order these for any time if the day and they are always made to order!!

Friendly Staff and awesome food some of the best fresh squeezed lemonade ever!!! Stop and try it the line woes very quick!

Always 👏call👏 your 👏order👏 in ahead! The line will be 10 deep before they ever open the window. Yes, it's that good but only this location. I've tried it in other towns and there is no comparison. My favorite is the fried catfish but the chicken is also 👌. You can sit down at one of the picnic tables but I recommend just picking up an order to go.

the food is always awesome. the only complaint I could have at all is they close to early.. the food is always a 10... customer service a strong 8... the prices are a bit higher but that's everywhere.

We stopped here after hearing about Big Chic from several people. “Great fried chicken”was their statements to us and “you have to try it!” Let me say that they were 100% correct. The fried chicken is great as well as their sides. We are now Big Chic customers for life, will eat their food often and talk about them whenever possible!

I try to go to this eatery every time I'm in the area. The food is always hot and fresh. This chicken joint is a childhood staple. The chicken breaststroke, wings, and drumsticks are all good. Friends like the okra and I'm a fan of the fries. Grab a whole pickled pepper or two with you order and maybe ask for an extra roll to be added to your order. They have CDC protocols in place and they only offer walkup/pickup orders.

We just moved here so the outdoor window really startled me. Especially since it was raining heavenly and the wind was really gusting. It was so loud that I couldn't understand the check out girl. Thank God she was patient enough to walk me through the ordering process. It wound up being the best Chicken and Livers we've ever had. We will be back!
