Uncle Stu's Smoke & Vape - Romeoville

I only go to this shop for my lighters, cones, etc. The atmosphere inside is always light and positive. Everyone is always extremely kind and I will never stop coming to this place for what I need. Kim is always super nice, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Everytime I come here, she is always the same, just as sweet as can be! Kim even makes sure to remind you to input your phone number so you can continue accumulating points from each purchase. She informs of any promotion/ deal they have going on at the moment. Any time I stop in to make a purchase and Kim is there, she always puts a smile on my face! I will always recommend this smoke shop to anyone I know.

Good people here, good prices for the area it's in.. As a trucker I tend to find lots of little gems as far as vape shops go and this is one of them. Very knowledgeable people running this shop.

One of the best shops in the area!! I came here just to check it out. They literally have everything. They had all the newest vape juices, mods, tanks, coils and everything and the prices were the best prices I’ve seen around. I don’t think anyone in the area has prices as good as these guys.

Not only if the place filled with amazing vape stuff, they have the coolest glass pieces and bongs there too.

The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful. You actually feel welcomed when you come into this shop, unlike other shops. Highly recommend coming here.

The prices are not too bad on average but the customer care from the young man who was working when we went in that night was awesome! We shared laughs and experience so I made a purchase. I walked in today looking for a kratom product. I've never tried it before and knew nothing about it. All I can say is I will be a permanent customer. The staff was absolutely phenomenal! Shelly knew everything about kratom and CBD+ and took the time to answer my questions and explain how the different types worked. The young man there also greeted everyone that came in like they were the only customer in the store. This place know how to treat and KEEP their customers. Other shops I've visited barely acknowledge your presence, much less know everything about what they sell. This place is different. Go here you will not regret it. Ask for Shelly too she's great!!!!!

So I felt I had to respond to the recent negative reviews of Uncle Stu’s Romeoville. These customers obviously had a ulterior motive. I have been a customer of this shop for over three years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the owners are second to none. Everyone in the shop will always go out of their way to make sure you have top notch products and superior service.

ABSOLUTELY..HANDS DOWN..MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE STORE!
Long story short, I had an issue with a small machine of mine. I took it with me, and showed them. They knew exactly what to do to help me fix it, and saved me $50! I can't even explain to you how GREAT the customer service is. Hands down, above and beyond, they are the best!
They have a wide variety of glass tobacco pipes, and fantastic variety of other items that you would see fit for a smokers daily use.
I'm super glad this store exists. Also, more happy with the service!

Just popped in to check it out, everyone from customer to employee was having a great time, I was greeted quick and friendly. Any questions I had they were excited to answer and bring me up to speed. Everything I purchased worked great. Great products even better people.

Everytime I ever go here I get anything and everything I could be looking for. Truly the best place I've ever been to. Everytime I go I end up being there for hours just because the employees, the owner, and even the customers are always the nicest, most helpful, amazing people I've ever met. Everything is always a great price too for the fantastic quality you get from anything you buy there. In the years I've been going to uncle Stu's I always got the best glass, the best kratom, the best cbd products, and truly the best huge assortment of accessories you could find. Uncle Stu's is my second home at this point. Ever since the first day I haven't gone anywhere else and it's been 5 years.

I don’t know how there are any negative reviews for Uncle Stu’s Romeoville. All of the staff, especially the owner, is so extremely helpful and friendly. Every time I go in, the staff greets me like an old friend. They always know what I want and if they don’t have it, they tell me when they will be getting it in and offer a recommendation of something else that is similar to my norm. Everyone that works there is extremely knowledgeable on all of the inventory and always helpful. I highly recommend going to Uncle Stu’s Romeoville, as they carry a lot of vaping products that majority of the shops in the nearby area don’t carry. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
