O'Reilly Auto Parts

I read the awful reviews about customer service, and honestly if I were the only working there I can't say I would be beaming with joy. I knew what I needed and Sarah was able to order for me and it got there when she said it would. Kudos to her busting her rear when I didn't see another soul working there.

Maria is great an full of knowledge when it comes to pars and auto. Beyond her you can forget get them young guys don't have a clue

Knowledgeable & trustworthy people, dependable parts & tools, and it's close to home with late enough hours to get that last minute part or specialty tool to finish the job!

They are great. All of parts people are all user friendly. Becky is the best. Helps you ID the part number and will locate it for you. Best of all, no suggestive selling for things you do no need or want.

Brian was one of the most helpful people in orielly. Took the time two not only help locate everything I need , an then help me carrier out to the car. Thank you Brian an orielly auto for having great employees.. I stopped back in to buy parts they remembered me from the last time I was in the store. The store was busy and everyone was with a customer but took the time out to ask if they could help find anything I see Brian is still there which is the only reason I will come back to Orielly great customer service. The helpful teams knowledge of auto and truck parts is exceptional. Prices are great. I find that other auto part stores are higher in price compared to O'Reilly.

I am serious old school when it comes to auto parts stores. You talk things over inside, learn what another customer has experienced, and look for parts to work on your own project. It is tough nowadays to find 1 screw to finish a job, (remember that screw you dropped). I found a customer in
O'Reillys that needed an identical fastener. Here came the lady from behind the counter, determined what we needed, broke open a bag of four and gave each of us a screw (the metal fastener from the bag). With a smile she asked us to keep O'Reillys in mind next time we needed a part. That worked! Reillys is my go to Parts House.

Very helpful staff. Got my parts in a timely fashion. They stock parts that most stores don't normally have.

I come to the Orielly's for the service they provide always friendly staff and great customer service the management staff is all ways friendly. Will not go any other parts store.
