Excellent customer service and very friendly staff members. Its a one stop store for all your needs. The store is very clean and appealing. They have wide varieties of liquor, beer, cigarettes, chips, sodas, pipes and E-cigs including posh and Mr.fog. They have the cheapest vape prices in the whole mchenry county. Fair gas prices too (most of the time cheaper than speedway). When i talked to a cashier, he said the management changed recently.

Under new management!! What a breath of fresh air. The new owners and staff are incredible. They always have great deals!

Quality Poor very very poor!

Let me begin by stating that I have never ever used any gas but, Shell, Citgo or BP in the 11 years I owned my car. I made the biggest mistake I could have ever made the day I gased up at the Fuel Zone in Fox River Grove station. Two days after I put the gas in my car started hesitating and turning off while I was actually driving the car! I sure got what I paid for and I am now paying the price for it! The car has had to have teh fuel censor replaced, the entire fuel throttle and it is still in the shop. I am so disggusted and dissapointed in the poor quality of fuel they are selling to the public. I have e-mailed the company and they have not even responded to me. What kind of a company does that? I DO NOT RECOMMENED ANY FUEL ZONE TO ANYONE! Just to think this is part of Exxon and Mobile Companies!

I am in a wheelchair. An older man with gray hair acted like it was a big inconvenience to pump gas for me, was argumentative and made me feel humiliated. In the past I have received polite treatment here but this man was in a huff and didn't say thank you when I paid. I like to patronize businesses in my small town but I can easily buy gas elsewhere and I will. If you're not willing to help a disabled customer, you should not be a gas station attendant.
