Bath & Body Works

Bath & Body Works has been a constant necessity in my life for years upon years. From body lotions, body sprays, room mists, car fresheners, candles and room plug-in scents…. this is my place!

Yesterday, I went into this location (which I’ve previously been here before) and I was extremely pleased by the manager (by far) and the cashier who checked out my items. They were more concerned about the customer than they were about the sale, and that deserves a big star especially now a days. Thank you!

I’ve honestly been going to these stores for over 10 years and this store and the employees really stood out so much that I needed to write this review to give them the pat on the back that they truly deserve!

Between semi annual sales, B3G3 plus 20% off coupons and free items... I might as well take up residency here. The employees are always super sweet, attentive and full of suggestions once they know what scent notes you prefer. The last reason I love this location so much is because it's not in a giant mall where I have to navigate my way through tons of people and stores I'm not interested in. Thank you for always providing a clean and pleasant shopping experience! 💙

I absolutely love coming to this location. Every time I am in the store, everyone is so helpful. The last few visits, Agnes has been so helpful regarding the sales and rewards. There has been a couple instances where I was having a hard time making decisions and she went out of her way to make sure I was finding what I wanted and needed. I really appreciate the customer service here. I will continue to keep coming to this location for that reason especially! Thank you, ladies, for your kindness every time I am in your store. It makes my day! :)

G r eat manager Carol! Took care of me like Gold! I'm disabled n needed helping taking few heavy candle bags out n she had someone help me take to Jeep n put them in. The SA wished me a great day. Love going all the way to McHenry apposed to Gurnee stores where I get treated very poorly!

This is a very nice location, never had a bad experience here and I visit more than I probably should. My only complaint is that it's a smaller store so they don't carry as much extra stuff like candle and soap holders as bigger stores (like Vernon Hills) do. Minor and expected, though. A huge plus is that I've never visited and it be crowded. That is a huge pro to this location versus most other location. Much easier to leisurely shop.

Service was fabulous. My daughter was looking for a candle, which we found out was a summer candle & they are in the fall/winter season. One employee heard which candle my daughter wanted & disappeared. Come to find out....that someone had returned the exact candle she was looking for. The best part is, she charged my daughter a discounted or clearance price. My daughter was ecstatic. (Made her week).

I love shopping here, friendly staff of Carl, Kristen Nd Mindy. They are always helpful and get you the best deal with the coupons you bring in.
Sales are the best. Fresh blueberry is my favorite scent.

Was very clean and organized in there. I think his name is hunter, was very helpful and showed us all the deals , I would never have known the try me candles were on sale , and saved a lot of money!! Felt great leaving with a full bag of things I didn't need without breaking the bank!

Very clean, friendly staff, super helpful. Crowd control may need to be addressed, as there are groups of several people coming in and waiting to try to get out. Price's have went up a little but well worth it. I appreciate the store being open and the care the staff put into being on top of everything.

I have been coming to this location from it's opening. The managers, Carol, Mindy and Kristen are so friendly and knowledgeable.
They go out of their way to find exactly what you need, even going in the back to an unopened box. After holiday sales are great.
The addition of Hunter was a great find.
The reward program a nice touch as well.
Most of all, Covid 19 protocals are being practiced.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I find it hard to believe that this is not a high performance store in sales.

The employees are helpful and kind. They are very familiar with their product line. There is always a decent sale on. Great place to pick up a quick gift.

Top drawer candles, soaps and moisturizers. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Make sure you bring a coupon.
