I have been looking to replace a game. I found it on the website. I called the store and the clerk found the game and the case while I was on the phone. He took my name and held it behind the counter until I could come in and get it. When I got to the store. I gave him my name and he pulled it out a lock drawer. It was easy and I saved the shipping cost of having it shipped.

Picked up games and pre-orders at the late night/early release days and I’ve always enjoyed them. Here’s hoping they continue!

The store is always great about midnight release. I was at the Zelda TOTK midnight release and it was so well done and well organized and even the children were paid attention to and included in the fun activities. Great store and staff

I come here for all my switch equipment. The staff has always been so really nice and accommodating to me! Have always been super honest and helpful- which I much appreciate! On a side note: I use a wheelchair full time and this location has always been super accommodating. Yesterday I was having a real bad pain day and was having a hard time transferring out of the car but needed a switch controller asap. The guy working their had no problem running out to my car real quick- to show me what he had available in stock! So nice and super appreciated! These guys are the very best. A big thank you to all the staff here for being so awesome all the time!! 🙌😁

Brought my son to the store for his first ever “GameStop” experience. When we entered it was just us and the two employees that were working there for the night. They welcomed us and I told them it was my sons first time visiting a GameStop. They were so excited to explain everything GameStop had to offer and make a big deal out of my sons first visit. He was like a kid in a candy shop. They did a great job showing him all around and he had a great time! Even on our drive home he said “Dad those people were very helpful and nice.” We’ll definitely be back to purchase out next game here in the near future!

Great store! Glad to have one so close to home. Shout out to Jon for being so knowledgeable, friendly, and providing an overall A+ customer experience. He's helped with having an out-of-stock game sent to my house, sourcing a PS4 and with a system error, and providing guidance on a system error that (thankfully) was resolved and didn't lead to losing all my saved progress! Thanks, I'll be back!

The BEST customer service ever. Jon and Nick were very knowledgable and can help point anyone in the right direction. I was there for the online ordering of consoles and the system went down for 2 hours, they kept things moving and once the system was back up got us all out of there. I also had my 6 year old with me and Jon went above and beyond to help out when he got tired of looking around. I will definitely do more business here.

Was just here to return a broken game. The clerk Pete helped me out right away and fixed my issue! Very friendly guy and full of information! Had no idea that top damage to a disc renders it useless if it was previously uninstalled. Thanks Pete! 5/5

Super helpful staff

I went in specifically to find a game for my son that he had ruined. They had the game but unfortunately the computers were down. I looked around some more and want to finding a handful more games that my son might be interested in. After waiting for probably 15 minutes to the computers were finally Rebooted. The two working behind the counter one man and woman I don't remember their names made sure I went home very happy. They were very apologetic and I went home to a very happy son who got 6 new games for 10 bucks. You guys are the greatest sorry I forgot your names.
