UPDATE: On the same day I posted this, the owner of S4G personally called me and apologized. I just want to say that it takes an amazing business to do this. He let me know that the person I had spoken to was already let go. I really appreciate them reaching out and I am keeping my original post to show how companies can grow to be better. S4G Is a great representation of that and because of that one call, I happily re-evaluated my review.

This review is long overdue, but did not want to forget to write this! In July 2022, I ordered a custom line jacket for my little sister. The jacket is absolutely beautiful and she is in love with it. The reason why I took two stars off is because ordering from them was a very confusing process and they were not great at explaining their process, causing me to spend $300 more.

This was my first time ordering a line jacket (in general) so I do agree that I could have made a mistake, but I am also open to learning. I did not feel like they approached me in an empathetic tone. I was having an email correspondence about having them design my little's jacket, but I believe there was miscommunication when I was speaking with the designer.

I had submitted my order for the customized jacket including a design that I created by myself that I was hoping to show to the designer of what I would like them to help me design and without confirming the design with me, S4G digitized it and moved forward with charging me the digitizing fee. I thought their designer would call me to talk about how I would like to customize the jacket - not just take what I created on my iPad and start digitizing without my approval.

For spending over $500, I really thought they would take the time to personalize the experience. I had decided to call them to understand more about the process and after a couple of days, I was finally able to get a hold of someone. I had spoken to one woman which I told her about how I want to understand their process for ordering a line jacket and why my design was just taken without the designer contacting me in finalizing the design. She said and I quote "I have been in this industry and never in my life have I ever heard of someone not knowing exactly what they want in a line jacket design and making changes". I was pretty shocked with her negative tone and after that encounter, I asked to receive a refund as I would not like to do business with them. Unfortunately they could only give me store credit and I moved forward with continuing to order the customized line jacket from them or else my money would go down the drain. I ended up finding another designer from Fiverr who designed and digitized it for me to send to S4G.

I recommend finding a designer on Fiverr who is able to create your design and digitize it. Make sure to talk to S4G about the requirements. I do give S4G major props for taking the intricate design and being able to embroider it. I just wish I had better services from them and would have loved to have worked with their designer.

S4G - I am open to communicating with you to clear up this misunderstanding. I really do hate giving businesses 3 stars, but I had to write this review. You made a beautiful jacket, just wish you could improve your ordering system and your communication with the designer. All love.

I ordered two jackets from S4G—one for my mentee and one for myself. The order process for the mentee jacket was straightforward and my mentee loved it. The instructions (both times) were pretty straightforward as long as you read them and followed through. For the first jacket, there was a mixup with delivery. S4G required signature confirmation and at the time it was being delivered, there was just no way for me to be home to accept delivery. When I called UPS, they told me I would have to pay to have delivery changed (smh). S4G was pretty helpful in trying to change it and was willing to ship it back if it had been returned to them. For the second jacket, I sent them the photo I wanted and they digitized it for me. They made sure I understood what the extra charges would be and were very responsive when it came to the design and delivery. Overall, great experience. I cant wait to wear my jacket.

Stuff 4 Greeks made me a custom line jacket and I love it! I went through their website and let them know everything that I wanted and they sent me a proof before production within a day or two. If you’re not sure you want on your jacket, they have a ton of designs to choose from and be as creative as you want. Once I approved the proof they made my jacket and shipped it to my house in about a month. It was a seamless process.

Of note: Impeccable, incredible quality, attention to detail, and superb customer service.

I still am in disbelief how s4G was able to painstakingly create an elevated version of my jacket design in less than a month! It's better than what I expected and is worth every dime. You pay for what you get! 💕💚 11/10 - Will recommend!

I was so please with the service and quality of our items! Same day?!?! That's unheard of where we're from. My fiance' and I needed matching ΚΚΨ and ΤΒΣ shirts for our engagement shoot on Sunday. I walked in on Friday around noon, received great customer services and was assured that it could be done within hours! Did I mention that the price was very reasonable as well?! This was a life saver! I can't wait to post the pics from our shoot. I would absolutely refer my sorority sisters and brothers, family and friends. More importantly, I'LL BE BACK!! My daughter and I ordered the AKA Boule tank top because we wanted to use it for a country themed mini photo shoot while in Houston. I have been to several stores but Zeus is the best at customize Greek apparel. They have all the latest designs and able to create from your own vision. The personal attention to your order is always greeted with professional courtesy. Now the prices are a little high on some projects but what you get in the end, is well worth it.
