Call me biased but this is the best venue on the island. From the grounds, to the staff, to the food - the venue truly speaks for itself. I got married on a beautiful September day and we got to do our ceremony outside. It was stunning, exactly what I imagined. The cocktail hour was unbelievable! All our guest are still raving about the food. The reception room is amazing, the new rugs & dance floor truly make the room that much better. For dinner they come around asking the guests if they want seconds !!!! I didn’t have to lift a finger or think at all on my wedding day. They had EVERYTHING taken care of. From start to finish everything was stress free. Any appointments we had to go to, we were so excited to be on the grounds. The vibes are immaculate. Seamless experience to say the least. I can go on for days about Giorgio’s . We got to come back the morning after to grab all our stuff from the night before, they had everything packed up & ready to go, with some food to take home 😍 Giorgio’s will always hold a special place in our hearts 🥰 Thank you to all of Giorgios staff for making our day so special 🤍

Giorgio's Baiting Hollow is a true treasure, even if it's a bit of a journey from Brooklyn. The services are impeccable, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. I had the privilege of photographing both indoors and outdoors during the golden hour, resulting in enchanting images. The food surpassed expectations, and the offer of seconds showcased their commitment to hospitality. A remarkable venue that exceeds all expectations. Highly recommend for a memorable and well-managed wedding experience!

Got married 4.27.23 and I cannot say enough GREAT things about this venue and it's staff!! Besides being utterly gorgeous, and having such fantastic food... the staff absolutely made my day. From Brianna my bridal attendant helping me with my dress and anything else I needed. To miraculously giving me my dream outdoor ceremony (it rained in the morning and my heart almost broke! But they pulled it off and I couldn't be more greatful!) They answered every question I had for months as I meticulously planned every detail. They set up all my decor perfectly and took care of my guests. If I could get married there twice I would!! A MILLION out of 10!

Giorgio's is beautiful wedding venue that has so much to offer! They have a vast variety of photography backdrops on-site along with stunning East End pit-stops minutes away. Their food is delicious and they are one of the only venues on that offer of seconds for dinner. This highlights their commitment to hospitality & their couples. We look forward to our next visit!

Everything on the menu is DELICIOUS...everyone is still talking about the food. We worked closely with Nick, and we knew everything would be amazing..yet he still surpassed all of our expectations. Got married here last year and our guests still can’t stop talking about the incredible cocktail hour! Many people thought it was the main course. Plenty of family and friends were astonished that they came around offering seconds after the main dinner (as if you weren’t already stuffed from the eclectic endless cocktail hour). Everyone was extremely attentive to not only the bride and grooms needs, but the parents of each as well! The grounds speak for themself as they are stunning! Both bridal and groom suite are recently renovated and give off complete elegant vibes. The bathrooms are even beautiful. You can’t go wrong having an event here.

Choosing Giorgio’s was the best decision my husband and I made!!! The venue and grounds speak for themselves. Giorgio’s is the most beautiful place for a wedding!! What stood out to me even more though was the staff. The staff at Giorgio’s made our day so perfect. I couldn’t believe how hard they worked on every little detail and how kind and accommodating they were to us and our guests. They truly know what they’re doing and how to run an event. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and were able to enjoy every moment. Every person we worked with from the day we toured Giorgio’s to the night of our wedding was phenomenal!!! I also have to mention how AMAZING the food is. My guests still talk about how delicious everything was!! They were all so excited when the waiters and waitresses came out with seconds. So much food is included. It’s such a nice variety and everything was exceptional. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Giorgio’s and am so thankful to the staff for making our day so perfect. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

Just attended a wedding here, and the service was excellent, very attentive servers. The venue is beautiful. The food was better than expected for typical catered affair. The best part is that it is not a wedding factory, just one wedding at a time, which makes it feel special.

I don’t even know how to express in words how amazing my wedding experience was at Giorgio’s. Everything was planned out to absolute perfection; I honestly can’t say that a single thing went wrong. Every single staff member was extremely gracious, friendly, and truly wanted to be there to help make our wedding dreams come true. They run the most well-oiled machine. I had absolutely no stress, knowing that I was in the best hands. During wedding planning, Jessica was so helpful, always emailing me back with detailed responses to my myriad of questions. The final meetings with her went very smoothly, and those meetings with Jessica gave me a sense of reassurance about the day. Erin was the best bridal attendant I could ever ask for; she was so incredibly sweet, attentive, and most importantly, calming and reassuring. She made sure that my husband and I had a moment to eat together after the ceremony and relax before the reception started. She curled mine and the bridesmaids’ hair before the ceremony and always made sure that I had a drink or water to hydrate. I can’t thank her enough. Giorgio’s itself is so stunning and perfectly decorated, and everyone raved about how good the food was. In fact, all of the guests told us that this was the best wedding, and event in general, that they had ever been to and were super impressed by the venue and the staff. I can’t thank everyone at Giorgio’s enough for giving us the perfect, most stress-free wedding.

At Giorgio's, you're in the best hands. All aspects of Giorgio's are topnotch, from the staff to the food to the grounds to the atmosphere. Giorgio’s performance left us speechless, as well as our guests. Everyone enjoyed the most delicious food and drinks. Their menu is extensive, offering options for everyone. The staff was friendly and professional, ensuring everyone had a good time and an even better dining experience. Every expectation we had was exceeded! While we knew Giorgio's would make everything incredible, we were still blown away. Giorgio's was the best! Our family could not have asked for more for our Nephew's wedding. The venue is beautiful, food was delicious (especially the kielbaska at cocktail hour) and plentiful (what other catering hall brings out seconds of the entrees?). Their attention to every detail was truly appreciated. Staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. I definitely recommend Giorgio's!

The best venue, food, staff that there is. I immediately felt like part of the family and knew this was the venue for me. The owners are so genuine and not pushy which i appreciated it as I work in the bridal industry. I had over 230 people and everyone said how the staff goes above and beyond. Brianna (bridal attendant) is an actual angel / becomes your right hand man and I love her. I can not say enough good things about this venue.

My fiancé and I visited Giorgio’s when researching wedding venues. If you haven’t added them to your list of potential spots, I would suggest adding them. You can tell it’s family run from how they welcome you. They even gave us lunch which was delicious!!!

I would 1000% recommend Giorgios to any couple! My husband and I visited over 7 venues and IMMEDIATELY when we walked into Giorgios we said “This IS IT '' with the biggest smile on our faces. After touring the venue we were just so amazed and loved the venue itself. Giorgios is a beautiful place, the staff is amazing, food is incredible there is not one negative thing I can say.
ALL of the staff were absolutely amazing and made our day perfect. Specifically, I wanted to shout out Brianna, the bridal attendant. She is truly one of a kind. Before I could ask a question, she already knew what I needed and wanted. I did not have to worry about anything. The Matri D Toni and the whole Giorgios staff made our day run so smoothly. From getting ready with the girls - leaving on the shuttle to the end of the night. We did not want it to end!. This day was perfect, more than we could imagine!
Our family and friends continue to talk about how amazing the venue was. They RAVE about the food from cocktail hour to the full course meals and could not believe how much food was offered!! My husband and some family members are Gluten Free. There was a whole menu with Gluten Free options that everyone loved. The staff were so attentive to detail, friendly and truly cared about making our day special. There are not enough words to express how wonderful this venue is!

Giorgio's has an incredible reputation. We have only heard amazing things about them. Well let us tell you, they are all true! Giorgio's is on another level amazing.

When we went to view the venue, we had just gone to another local venue that morning and had a truly horrible experience. They made us feel belittled because of our budget and "small" 170 person wedding size. When we walked into Giorgio's we were greeted by George and right away he cracked a joke and made us feel at home. We spoke for quite awhile getting to know each other before even touring the venue.

Once we walked out to the back deck and checked out the view, my then fiancé elbowed me and whispered "we have to book here!!" The choice was easy. The booking process was simple, straight forward and honest.

We had a long two year engagement but we were in frequent contact with Giorgio's during that time. They are extremely detail oriented and every single thing that we discussed was written down via email and on our contract so that there were no questions when it came time to the final bill.

A few weeks before our wedding we attended another Giorgio's wedding for our friends. The ENTIRE staff was told we are a future couple getting married there and we were treated like royalty all night! We loved the extra special attention, it just made us feel like they really did care about us--and they do!

The day of our wedding was a FAIRYTALE. Everyone said to prepare for something (big or small) to go wrong but our entire day was seamless, no hiccups. I highly recommend getting the early arrival package to get ready in the morning. It was so worth it and let us have a stress free morning while getting glammed up!

Our bridal attendant Brianna was incredible. Her energy is unmatched and you can tell she truly loves what she does. She also paid special attention to my mom and made sure she was taken care of all night which truly means so much to me!

The food...we have no words. It was just absolutely delicious!!! Our guests are STILL talking about it all, especially the duck!

After party--just book it. It is SOOO worth it!! The guests LOVED having somewhere to go instead of going back to someone's hotel room to party. Plus, you won't want the night to end. My husband had to practically drag me out of the building at the end of the night.

We wish we could do it all over again and if we did, we wouldn't change a thing. We love you guys!

Our experience started about 18 months ago when our daughter Gabrielle and future son-in-law Tom went to see this beautiful venue, which is so nice inside and out. The grounds are beautiful, with a small vineyard on property, and it had that North Fork feel. George, Nick, and Ashley helped pull everything together from Day 1 until the very end of our daughters wedding on July 23.

Gabrielle was looking for a venue where there is only one affair taking place at a time. She wanted it to be a place that had sprawling grounds for guests to mingle, with a picturesque setting. Because of our Italian heritage, great food was a MUST, and service was very important. They loved it, and our contract was signed. Ashley touched base with us throughout the 18 months to make sure we had done certain things that needed to be done and we attended Easter and Thanksgiving brunches to get a sampling.

We had our final meeting the week before the wedding, and everything was laid out perfectly. Food and menu selections were made, linens were chosen, questions were answered, timelines were synchronized and our minds were put at ease. Ashley, Kelly, Nick and George all were there that day, which was great!

On the day of the wedding, the bridal party and families arrived at the venue a couple of hours before the cocktail party started. Nick, George, Tino with Ashley & Kelly walked us around showing us how everything was set up. The tables were set perfectly with the floral arrangements, lighting and everything done to perfection!

At this point we were just hoping that everything would go as planned. We had no idea how far they would have exceeded all of our expectations. Two families came together that night with over 210 guests, and Giorgio‘s made it an affair that will never be forgotten for all of us! There were 210 guests that were blown away with the food choices, and quality of the food. It is very rare to find a catering hall that serves "restaurant quality" entrees, but they did. People enjoyed the hands on service ushered by the top- notch wait staff, and maître de's. The energy was through the roof, and people could not stop talking about how great everything was.

We cannot tell you how grateful Gabrielle, Tom and our families are. The entire event was awesome from the minute we walked in - to the time we left the after-party at 1:30 AM. It is now 10 days after the wedding and the text messages and phone calls have not stopped. There is absolutely nothing that we could recommend Giorgio‘s do better than they did for this wedding. Fortunately, we have two more children that we hope will get married at this beautiful venue.

Look no further, this is “THE” place for your wedding.

We celebrated our daughter’s wedding there on a rainy Friday. We had the early arrival package to get ready. The staff was amazing. Our bridal attendant, Brittney, made us feel like a very special family member was taking care of us for the day. She even attended the ceremony which was at Saint Isidore’s in Riverhead. We found the most beautiful church thanks to the suggestion of the owner, George Regini. Guests from both sides told us how beautiful the ceremony was and we have Giorgio’s to thank for that as well. MaitreD, bartenders, wait staff all beyond amazing; we went with such high expectations and they crushed them all. So far exceeded our expectations! Everyone was saying how great the staff was for days. The food was amazing! I had the best espresso martini ever. Giorgio’s is beautiful, the rain I mentioned didn’t matter. They had an area under the awning decorated beautifully for fall it was a wonderful background for pictures. Their staircase made for the most emotional first look for her dad that I had to walk away because I started to cry. It was such a beautiful moment. Our DJ, Barattini Productions, recommended by Giorgio’s, was so much fun! I will say hands down it is the best venue I ever attended!

Spectacular venue! Each guest gets the royal treatment throughout the reception. Unbelievable food and very attentive servers. Highly recommend Giorgios for a once in a lifetime wedding experience.
