AT&T Store

Everyone at the AT&T store in Jacksonville has been so helpful. Isiah, Ciara and the manager Melissa were so helpful and got me set up with the best plan for me and a new phone. Great customer service and highly knowledgeable! Thank you again!

Melissa and Isaiah were so much help tonight. Ciara helped us when we had came in last week without our daughter so we kind of knew what we wanted for her 16th birthday. But Isaiah and Melissa went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had everything for her new phone tonight. Couldn’t ask for better help since they stayed late for us.

Great experience getting a new phone today! Thank you to Shawn who totally took care of me with great suggestions, good eye with color schemes for case and wallet pocket, AND! Even saved me money on my monthly bill by making sure I had all the discounts for military service! I will most assuredly use this store as my go to store. Thank you Shawn!

Shawn/Sean was absolutely incredible to work with. The other worker was such a pleasant person to speak with and joke with while she wasn’t busy but i didn’t catch her name. We’ve used this specific location for the last 10 years but Shawn was the best worker we’ve encountered and is an absolute asset to this company. He’s made my family want to continue using AT&T and he and others made it an extremely welcoming experience. Cant wait for the next upgrade and have big hopes in knowing I can count on them if I have any problems occur. Appreciate the abundance of help, laughs, and great customer service. 10/10

Shawn & Daniel were so awesome!!! They had me in and out with my upgrade, the process was soooo smooth and so easy. I actual live in Wilmington but if I ever needed anything I will make the drive just to see them. Thank you both so much!!

We had 3 terrible experiences calling at&t trying to fix our account. They kept changing our plans and then locked us out of our account. We were about to switch to another carrier, when we talked to Crystal at this store. She saved us a 45 minute driveand expertly handled our account over the phone.

Kylee was absolutely amazing. She fixed everything that I needed, in record time. Definitely be coming back here for all my At&t needs

Very professional and with a human side. We all have a life and issues and I like to talk and interact... I was extremely happy that I could have my concerns with my account handled and be able to make a few jokes without being pushed out the store immediately.

Fantastic customer service. The specialist Melissa was able to blend professionalism with casual and invested conversation, and overall made a what is usually a fustrating trip to the phone store an enjoyable experience. My issue was solved (replacing my broken phone) and I also resolved two problems I wasn't even expecting to be able to. Upgrading my significant other and my younger siblings phones. I spent half of what I thought I'd spend in my phone alone, on all three, and received discounts from att that I didn't know I qualified for until Melissa went through my account, step by step. Every employee in the store was able to help with the transaction in one way or another, and the teamwork was admirable from any standpoint. I paid less than $200 for THREE of the latest phones, chargers, cases, screen protectors, etc. best store every. Please I’ll pay my bill in person just to visit.

Went in to trade my phone for an upgrade. Everyone was very polite. I asked to compare 2 phones prices each month before picking. They were great!

Just an amazing experience!! They had amazing customer service very friendly, made us feel very comfortable. They made sure we had everything we needed and wanted! They had amazing deals!! The staff is beyond amazing, me and my family will only visit thus store from now on!!

Today was a great day to come into this store. Brittany did an excellent job of taking care of my needs and I would like to mention that she went above and beyond. I had my daughter with me and the staff did there best to help me keep her entertained. Brittney was patient and very good at her job. By far the best experience I've had at a AT&T store.

We arrived here for a medium length stay and found the place we had rented had no Verizon signal. We went to this store and truly experienced amazing service from Jessica!! She took ownership of the issue and found us a great solution and helped us work through several difficult issues. She never lost her smile with us and kept at it. I can truly say she has helped me erase a sour taste I had for AT&T. Work hard to keep her, she is golden!!

I love this location. Great staff, always goes above and beyond for me. Jessica is fantastic. She acknowledges my concerns, takes the time to help me solve my issues without feeling rushed and so friendly and caring. She is very knowledgeable and really seems to actually care about my business and makes sure I leave happy. Thank you Jessica!

I try to avoid changing my phone because it's as bad as buying a car. Its time consuming and you end up buying whatever is being pushed your way. However my experience with this store was beyond amazing. Edwin was efficient and showed me the models I was pondering. His co workers even shared their experiences with their own phones as each had one of what I was debating. Edwin laid out the financials for each phone and didn't push me one way or another. Now I did get a high five when all was complete, I picked the best option all the way around. Miraculously I was there for less than 30 minutes and I have to say hands down the best experience ever with AT & T. The team here is genuine and care that they sell to meet the needs of the customer. Edwin, Jake and Nate (I'm pretty sure I have the third name wrong)you sold a phone to the most indecisive person who hates phone shopping. Kudos! It might be a smaller location and for me a further drive but let me say again the experience was outstanding. Go see these guys they will not let you down.
