Cheaper gas throughout Florence great deals on products

I believe this hasn't been a Circle K for over a year. When it was, it was a decent stop for my gas and Sip N Save drinks.

This was a clean store with friendly employees so all in all a good convenience store.

It's a decent store that is a little run down. Also, be careful going here at night, as it has been robbed several times in the past few years. I wish they would upgrade it or build a new store. It's in a great location, and easy to get in/out of. I like that the pumps work with the Exxon Superpass app for payment. I try to avoid going inside if possible, as the management has hired some very surly people lately.

If I had to guess, I think the management is not doing much to run the store well.

Ratchet employees who desperately needs customer service training. Only 3 employees are pleasant. I only go here because of convenience.

If I could give this store a zero star I would. The cashier was nice enough. Until I walked outside to pump. She didn't put the money I paid on the right pump. Furthermore, the man who was innocently sitting at the pump she did put the money on was accused of pumping gas without paying and being a liat.
When my boyfriend said Hello to her, he was ignored. I was told nothing. So, I waited and waited for the screen to clear at the pump and it didn't. When I went in she was so rude to me, told me I told her the wrong pump and that I needed to pay again. The thing is, I used cash app on my Google wallet and I had no more to pay. Upon showing her that fact, she offered no solution. She just wanted to be right so I said something like, you're right, I told you the wrong pump, but what am I gonna do now?
I then ran out of gas going to the next gas station and it made me late for work and I am left confused at how at this gas station, not only is the customer NOT always right, but no one deserves respect apparently.
I feel it was an easy fix that she refused to afford a fellow human.

Disgusting.
She made some comment how I was going to feel bad when the money was returned to
my card. What? I wasn't rude to her and I've never seen someone need to be so right. Humanity is gross. The respect we show each other is gross. Basic decency and altruism is something I believe in, but am continually disappointed in how we treat each other.

Let's look at each other and consider the struggle another may be facing. Let's rally together and be there for each other and realize we all make mistakes and no one is perfect. But when we turn against each other for something so silly, I imagine God is grieved at our lack of progress.

The level of humanity in this child's response to me was hateful at best.
I have no axe to grind but we will see if the money goes on my card. I still have nothing to feel bad for except that people hate each other for no reason

I always stop here on my way to work in the mornings as a routine for at least the past 2 years. Always greeted with a friendly hello great service, until recently. There is a "new" (I say new because shes not the pleasant morning crew I'm use to) cashier working and she is just downright rude and unprofessional. If there was ever a person who "hates" thier job she acts like it . Like the customer is a burden. My last encounter was yesterday morning around 7:45am and it will probably be my last. I've tried to brush it off as maybe she has a bad morning the past few mornings over the past week or so but at this point .. no. her attitude is not even worth me stopping there anymore. I will unfortunately take my business elsewhere.

Already closed at 9:30. Supposed to be open til 11:30. They do this all the time.

Just visited there tried to purchase a Black and mild and was rudely corrected on not having my ID when willing to give my ID was nonchalant turned me down and suggested that my friend was able to purchase the Black and milds when she didn't have her ID isn't this against policy???

Whoever that little young girl was that work night shift on November 4 had a little nasty attitude didn’t speak didn’t tell you how much it was she just didn’t say nothing act like she was mad with the world She pointed at the money to like give to her and pointed at my ID to give it to her and pointed at the money to give it to her she did not see one thing I work night shift to but if you can’t have a pleasant attitude at night you don’t need to be working And during a time this happened it was around 11:30 PM

absolutely terrible workers, never giving this gas station my business again
