CVS

I went to the CVS the other night . And what a great service I received from Armando, he was polite and considerate about me finding the right product I needed.

I went to get photos taken for my passport. The employee up front was helping a customer through the checkout, so I waited in line. I could hear the employee helping the customer save money, and next thing I knew, the employee gave her a great big hug! I worked a lot of years in retail, and hugs are RARE. The employee's name was Marie M., I believe. She got my photos and got me rung up, and I could tell she was knowledgeable and kind. I just wanted to shout out what an asset she is to CVS and what good customer service she is providing.

I almost never write reviews but I had to for this CVS location. I ordered an 8x11 print and did not notice that the estimated delivery to store would not hit my needed timeline. Completely my fault. I called in and Aaron immediately hopped on the case. He called other locations, their fulfillment center, basically anything he could to help me out even though the issue was my fault in the first place. Within 2 hours, my print was ready for pickup and it was free of charge. Best customer service I have ever seen from a store of this type.

The pharmacist was incredibly helpful when I was in a pickle. My usual CVS location was out of a medicine for my son, but didn't let me know until I was there to get it at 7pm. I had toddlers in the car, it was practically bed time, and with COVID restrictions I was limited to stores with a drive-thru. I called this location and they had our medicine ready to go in less than 10 minutes.

I LOVE CVS. Their rewards program is phenomenal. I save so much money shopping here, I do all my shopping between CVS & the grocery store across the street. The quarterly mailers that tell you how much you've saved and all the rewards you've used are really cool. I'm constantly getting CVS bucks back. I wish there were more CVS in the STL area.
The service at this particular location is always better than all the other locations I've visited. Everyone is always so friendly & helpful. Then to top it off the store is always so clean & organized.

Spoke with Brittany, and as long as everything goes the way it should with my current situation, will be very satisfied with this pharmacy. Brittany herself is a pleasant and professional person on the phone. Our cvs on S. Lindbergh is always helpful and pleasant, they are a wonderful supportive staff.

The people working in this branch of CVS are consistently professional, kind, and go above and beyond for their patients. They all deserve a huge holiday bonus!

CVS is always very clean and organized however they are a tid bit pricey. I always only shop the sales and always will. They almost always have what I need.

Great CVS, friendly, attentive staff, always greeted each time I enter the store. Pharmacy staff are very knowledgeable.

Love the staff, always freely and helpful. Switch from three different pharmacy's and once I found CVS, it feels like famy.
