Super friendly and the photo counter lady Vanessa was super friendly and really kept my little ones attention so we could get a good passport photo taken.

The pharmacy staff at this 24hr Walgreens location are an awesome group of people. They went above and beyond their professional level of service to get a needed prescription filled within a short window of time with special circumstances. The prescription was transferred from another pharmacy due to a lack of medication; however, the original prescription also had to be modified by the doctor due to the medication specifications were unavailable at this location. The pharmacy staff informed the doctor of their available medication on hand during the time his office was closing. Fortunately, the doctor was able to submit a new prescription to this location which the pharmacy staff filled to serve the medical need.

I'm truly grateful for the collaborative efforts made by the Pharmacy staff to fill this prescription during a hectic situation.

Everything's in good order or so it seems. They do Western Union transactions (send from any register, recieve at photo counter). The pharmacist was helpful in explaining medication precautions and side effects. They are open 24/7 which is a plus.

I had a mostly positive experience at this Walgreens. It seems like one of their cashier stations was down, and they thought it was working again so I was invited to come through it. The PIN pad wouldn't work so they were typing my number in on the screen, and it turned out my phone number wasn't registered, so I went through this whole process of signing up for one. Then they couldn't check me out because the PIN pad didn't work. I got moved to the next line and had to hold that one up while I once again signed up for a new Walgreens card! There has to be a better way. To be clear, this was a problem with the system. Both cashiers were really kind, and the second one used they/them pronouns for me, which I genuinely appreciate. Like, it made my day.

I went to get a Covid booster as I THOUGHT I had set up an appointment. Alas, they didn't have me in the system. I'll just go to the VA. A good excuse to ride my motorcycle.

This Walgreens location at, (7339 Gravois Ave. 63116), has EXCELLENT customer sevice at the pharmacy, as well as, throughout every department in the store. I have been going to this store for a very long time. The pharmacy personnel greet me by my first name & say hi to me. They ask me how I'm doing & how my health is, even if Im in the store shopping and not at the pharmacy to drop off or pick up. I would like to give a huge "thumbs up & a thank you to each and every member of the pharmacy for their helpfulness, kindness, upbeat attitude & awesome knowledge. They all make me feel special & acknowledged by remembering me. By going there so often, i acctually think of the pharmacy workers as a sort of second family and share a business-friendship, with many of them. The workers in the general store are All very polite and very helpful. I have 3 or 4 Walgreens that are closer to my house but i drive the extra miles to go to only the Walgreens on Gravois. Great job, to everyone at this store. I gave it 5 stars and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!

St. Louis location store # 03906 at the intersection of Gravios Ave and Hampton. I would give more than the 5 star rating, if more stars were available!! This Walgreens location provides "The Best Possible Customer Service Ever" from both the Pharmacy employees, as well as, the employees in all sections of the store. I have been using this "WALGREENS LOCATION ONLY", since the store opened many years ago. I visit this Walgreens so often (about 3 times per week) that the workers in the Pharmacy have become good friends in a professional atmosphere. They go above and beyond to serve the customer to perfection. All of the employees go out of their way to serve and above the call of duty. Elvira the Pharmacy manager PharmD, does not only have an excellent education from a top notch College, but she also has an awesome, kind, respectful, friendly and professional personality and attitude. She, as well as, every employee in the Pharmacy are ALWAYS more than willing to help me out. They are all trained, educated, kind, helpful, professional and willing to go above and beyond. I believe that all who work in the Pharmacy are acctually a reflection of Elvira (PharmD) Pharmacy Manager and have carried on and picked up all of her professional and ethical ways. All of the Pharmacy workers including PHARMACISTS and Pharmacy Technicians also go above and beyond for the Pharmacy customers. I will never go to another pharmacy because of all the wonderful experiences that I have, every single time, at this Walgreens location. If you have had an excellent, personal experience at your Pharmacy, as I have, call the main business office and give them the good news and your positive feedback.. Give a compliment, when a compliment is due!!

Shout out to the beauty consultant that I met today, didn't get her name. She was very knowledgeable and steered me in the right direction! Thanks for all your help girl, I will be retuning 😁

I originally went to CVS to get my prescription and the pharmacy told me to go elsewhere. I came here and was helped instantly, the lady pharmacist was wonderful. They had my special order prescription done in an hour. Thank you guys so much!!!

This Walgreens pharmacy is the best in st.Louis, and it’s not even close.
