Always friendly and efficient at this UPS store. I recently stopped by really needing a document notarized. It’s Christmas shopping time and I expected it was not going to happen because of the season. However I thought I would wait in line to see. When I got to the front of the line I was greeted by I believe the owner, Steve. I stated my need and he said “just can’t because it’s busy. He looked around and saw there was a brief lull in the flow of busy shoppers and said ok let’s do it.
He gathered all the needed documentation, reviewed my documents, gathered the required number of witnesses and made it happen. Props for the detailed review of everything legally required and got me squared away with smooth efficiency.
Steve even thought to ask if I needed copies, which I did but had not thought about that.
Off to surgery with my AD in hand!

Great experience! The people were very friendly and helpful. I had a lot of Amazon returns. They have a new kiosk that you can use for returns if the regular line is long. There was no one else there when I went so they helped me pack everything at the kiosk. Highly recommend this UPS store!

Friendly customer service!

I called this UPS Store ahead of time to inquire if they had notary services available on Sunday.
The store associate answered promptly that they did. (Suggestion: Inform potential customers that they should arrive at least 30 minutes before closing.)

I had a couple of documents that I needed notarized. Naomi was very efficient as a notary. And, for a nominal charge, the store provided me with a .pdf version via email.

I am appreciative that this location @Falls Pointe (nearest to me) has notary services available on the weekends.

I highly recommend this store and would personally return again to have a document notarized.

I initially signed up for a PO Box for my small business at this location and contracted for a full year. Later I no longer needed this service and requested that the box be closed. My box was rented under the previous ownership, and the new owner was under no obligation to provide a refund of the rental fees already paid. Steve the new owner recognized the future shipping needs that my business may have and offered a partial refund of the box fees. I wanted to post this review and thank both the owner and Tiffany who worked with me on this issue. What amazing customer service! Relationships are everything to a small business, and I appreciate their fairness and customer service. I won’t hesitate to use them for any of my business shipping needs.

I thought I was all prepared to return some items back to Amazon but upon arrival I realized I was not. Steve and his assistant were so helpful and helped me problem solve an issue. They were very patient as we worked through the issue and ultimately shipped my returns.

My parents had to get multiple important documents notarized on short notice and our notary appointment fell through. We called this UPS store and asked if they could help - they said they could and set up a time to expect us.

Reese and Tiffany did a great job while we were there - Reese managing the numerous documents needing witnessing carefully and quickly and Tiffany keeping the walk-in customers moving very quickly through their needed services, while answering all their questions clearly. We were prepared to wait if they were both needed to handle a line, since we know notary services aren’t their main job, but we didn’t have to.

Thanks to both of them for giving my parents great peace of mind for getting the docs completed.

Went to get a title notarized after having problems at two Truist locations. Tiffany was very helpful and polite and was able to have everything done in about 5 minutes.

I had a package that needed to go out at last minute. The owner let me in and took care of it. He also called me after and to made sure I was taken care of and if I needed anything to let him know in the morning before the package left his facility. 🫡

I went to this location to drop off a return but I don't have a home printer to print off the return label. The sales person was so kind, speedy, and helpful getting the label printed off for me, and helping me complete my return quickly. All employees and customers were wearing masks and social distancing, I felt safe in this store.

Steve and the team here have absolutely transformed this store from what it was. The service is excellent, personalized and customer centric. Turned around my print project quickly and with a smile. Thanks!

Went this morning to return a heavy desk from Amazon. They helped with everything from start to finish and the guy at the register informed me of all of their amenities. Great place to go for Amazon returns and great customer service.

I wish to let you know what a joy it was to be helped by the 3 lovely ladies who staff your UPS location at Falls Pointe. Keianna, Nyasia and Alyssa all have warm engaging personalities and work well together despite the Xmas rush and Covid craziness. They display a great deal of professionalism and efficiency providing excellent service with no wasted motion.

I owned a limousine and livery business in New Jersey for forty years and would have been thrilled to have these three professionals working for me. Give them all a raise or at least an Xmas bonus.

Service was fast and polite. I honestly spent more time walking to the door and back to my car than I spent on being in the store. Like seriously I walked in, greeted the employee, she scanned my outgoing package and I was on my way back to my car.

I had problems here before but I heard there was a change of ownership. I went there the other day and had an awesome experience. They were efficient and friendly. I will definitely be going back!

Was able to get legal documents notarized quick and just in time to make a next day delivery for Fedex. Very nice and helpful. I use them freequently.
