The team from Mitchell did an incredible job replacing my entire HVAC system. The guys were wonderful - nice, respectful of the property, and ingeniously came up with ways of doing things that kept the exterior of the house looking nice. It wasn’t inexpensive but was I couldn’t have gotten better service and know my system will be working well for many years to come.

We’ve always had a great experience with Mitchell Heating & Air. They have serviced our units for well over a decade. If we ever have an emergency, they are on it! We now have a new technician, Joshua, who we really like a lot. He’s knowledgeable and personable, efficient and friendly. We feel pretty lucky to be one of their customers!

Great service. Service Technician Richard Cash is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in away I would understand. Arrived within in fews hours of calling in with no a/c and heat on a Saturday. Emailed following Monday with estimate. Called Tuesday morning to approve work and was available to get appointment Wednesday to have system repaired. Now everything working properly.

Mitchell is outstanding- from the person who spoke with me on the phone, to the technician that came out (Luis), to the automated technology reminders and emails. Luis explained everything so clearly and made some excellent suggestions for both safety and enhancements. This is the best HVAC experience since I moved to the Triangle 23 years ago. Highly recommend.

Fantastic company. I called and they had Angelo to us within 2 hours, I was impressed. Angelo did a great job quickly diagnosing the issue, he also cut my bush around my furnace, we joked he does good landscaping work too 😂. I highly recommend!!

Scheduled a diagnostic session on HVAC to secure a second opinion on needs. Was so impressed with the technician, and responsiveness and helpfulness of office personnel, that I immediately switched service to Mitchell - this after having used my previous service provider for 7 years! The bottomline - my gut just told me that Mitchell is an organization I can trust for the long term.

Great experience with Mitchell’s! Even though I called in the afternoon, they still had a super knowledgable tech there by 4. Fixed the issue in just a few minutes, was very personable, and the price was more than reasonable. They’ve now become my go to HVAC service. Referred by a friend and highly recommended.

Great experience! Send a tech out super fast. Customer service was A-1. The first diagnostic wasn’t the main problem for my HVAC problem. Call them and told them, they sent the tech right back out and he went through the system again and fixed on the spot! Tech had. Great personality. Would use again!

Great service! We had a new system put in. There was A LOT to learn since our old system was installed in 1995! Dennis explained everything well. I wasn't sure if the new system (2 stage variable speed) would be loud or blow warm air when in the 1st stage. I'm happy to say I can hardly hear it, and I still can enjoy warm heat blowing on my feet when standing at my sink.

Keith from Mitchell did an amazing job with our recent service. My wife and I had just purchased our home and he took the time to explain everything about how our system works, which gave me real peace of mind about this aspect of our new home. He was on time, wonderfully personable, extremely knowledgeable, and an overall pleasure to interact with. The ladies we’ve spoken to in Mitchell’s office are also first rate and friendly as can be. Overall, we would highly recommend this company.

Mitchell replaced our upstairs AC and furnace. Everyone was very professional before, during, and after installation. The day of installation, they arrived promptly at 8am. They placed drop cloths on the floors to protect our hardwoods and carpets. At the end of the day when they had finished everything was neat and clean. The only noticeable difference was that our AC now worked properly!

Josh and his team members were courteous and efficient with our downstairs unit install. They were informative when explaining all the new features of the thermostat and unit. From the initial inspection to job completion, Mitchell heating and cooling did a great job.

Technician was personable upon arrival. Proceeded to verify the issue I was experiencing. Was confident as anyone could be the issue could be fixed . Took his time, offered information on system operation. When work completed ask if I had any questions. Very satisfied with his interaction and work

After I not great experience with a different HVAC company I tried Mitchell's. What a difference a good HVAC company makes. I ended up having Luis come out for a regular tune-up, and he was both knowledgeable and amazing. I think this is the first time I've had someone come and not panic when they saw my ecobee thermostats. I will definitely be using Mitchell's into the foreseeable future.

We needed a new gas pack heating and air unit. Greg came out on a Wednesday and it was installed the following Monday. Everyone was very professional and provided outstanding service. We've been using Mitchell's for many years. They always give a 5-star service. Awesome Company!!
