Publix Super Market at The Shoppes at Heritage Village

Fabulous grocery store! Everything is clean and well organized. The produce is all fresh and a wide variety is available. Their meat department is well stocked and the meat all looks great. Their prices are comparable with other places. I did find some things to be more expensive than I was used to, but by the time you take off all the store discounts and two for one offers I came out about what I’m used to. The best part was the people! Every employee I had an opportunity to interact with was helpful, polite and super friendly. I have found my grocery store.

Awesome store. Very clean. Helpful staff. Only issue I have is that the deli workers are very slow and most times when I call in an order for fried chicken they say we have large orders ahead and could take hours. Or we’re short handed today or we’re closing deli early today. Not sure what it is about the Publix deli but that’s almost at every Publix I go to. We lived in south Florida before moving here and Publix was every where and always we had issues with the deli.

I went to Publix to pick up my sisters order for her wedding. This was a huge order placed, and when I arrived, it was all prepared and ready to go. I arrived 30 minutes ahead of time. Everyone was so kind and very helpful during this process. I had to pick up food from the deli and bakery. I will definitely visit this store again.

We decided to go through Publix for our wedding day cake, and we could not be happier with the results! Michelle was extremely helpful when it came down to picking a cake design/flavors, making suggestions based on wedding guest count, and writing up a quote for us. Everything was reasonably priced and the cakes were delivered on time and without any issues. Not to mention the taste/quality was AMAZING and we had several guests compliment how good it was! As an FYI to future grooms/brides, we did order our cakes last minute since we were waiting on guest count to determine how much to order. However, I'd highly recommend ordering sooner rather than later regardless of how "simple" you feel like your design may be as other Publix locations closer to our venue were unavailable to make our cakes due to being completely booked up (we inquired about 4 weeks out). Additionally, the designs for tiered cakes are limited to whatever is in their catalog, but they have plenty of options based on the look you're going for and I didn't feel limited by that in the slightest. Thanks again Publix Catering and Bakery team for a beautiful and delicious cake for our wedding!! (Note: The flowers were put in by our florist and the cake topper was ordered off of Etsy).

Great grocery store! Nicest people. Well lit. Has a neighborly feel. Employees always cheerful. They carry a great variety of items. Meat and produce areas are outstanding. Prices are good and there are unexpected bargains! Visit! I know you will find all you need and more. Leave with a smile.

This is a shout out for the manager of this store. I live out of town. I had a situation arise with a family health issue over the holidays and was unable to pick up an order at the deli at my scheduled time. He graciously acknowledged my situation and forgave me my committments. Thank you Sir! Unfortunately, I forgot to get his name. I will definitely shop at this store in Wake Forest.

Great store. Publix brand is a YES. Very clean and bright. I don't shop here often, but I love it when I do. Deli and bakery are top notch as well.

Store had a great meatball sub, however I felt that the gremlin offering souls of the damned might've been overkill, but it had a lovely atmosphere, would purchase $26 dollar honey from it again.

I'm quite fond of this store. The vegetables and fruits are exceptionally fresh, and the aisles are well-organized. It's a smart move to consider downloading their app for extra advantages. Their bakery offers a wide range of cakes, and the staff members were very friendly.

I came up as usual, like I often do, and they collectively called me a "bald manless idiot", tbh it made me feel discouraged but the prices here are unbeatable. 5 stars.

My veggie sub on white was really great. The bread was slightly hard for it to have been around lunch time. The deli workers were nice about changing their gloves for me, since I have strict dietary needs. Everyone ese super friendly.

I’m from Atlanta, Georgia where there’s a Publix on every corner. So coming to NC and only having a few Publix stores in my area was a bit of a disappointment for me.

But what I’ll say is that it was worth the drive for me. I was training at my new job in this area. This actually isn’t the closest Publix to me, but I know if I’m ever craving a sub, I’d know where to go!!

All around a 9/10. I love Publix!!

Great grocery manager here. Helped me get some Blue Runner brand creole style kidney beans that I hadn't been able to find anywhere else in Raleigh or Wake Forest.

I just want to say that Scott in the seafood department is such an amazing, excellent outstanding customer service. He always greets his customers with a big smile and I’ve never seen anything different. There definitely should be more people like him in the customer service world.. 👍👍

FYI: Publix regularly conducts charity drives raising money and food for such charities as Special Olympics, March of Dimes, Children's Miracle Network, United Way, as well as various local food banks and soup kitchens such as Our Father's House Soup Kitchen.

I love this Publix! All the staff is super nice , great groceries and I always can find what I'm looking for.

Store had everything I love to buy including President Butter! Prices were reasonable & comparable to other area grocery stores. Store associates were helpful & friendly.

I went to Publix today on lunch to grab me a chicken salad. The customer service that the young ladies in the front where the sun/salad/ deli area is located displayed toward the staff was awesome. The young lady name Danielle that made my salad was very patient when I was unsure of all my toppings. I come there quite often and the service is always wonderful but today was a different level of spectacular . My salad was fresh, and chicken was fresh. Thank you all for all that you do!!

Outstanding, and they had a magician, and lots of free entertainment there today. The magician (Magic Roman) was awesome!

I love this store. Produce n meat depts are top notch. Bakery items are tasty n fresh. Deli n premade foods are delicious. Store is always well stocked n clean. They have the best customer service n everyone is extremely friendly n courteous. Food shopping is never a chore.
