Me and my daughter ate lunch at the mailpouch saloon then crossed the street to check out the Painted Clover store. It was our first time visiting the store. We found a nice eclectic mix of items. I bought some furniture transfers for a suitcase project and she bought some earrings. The store is full of so many beautiful things from large to small. There is something for everyone.

Beautiful venue!!! This place has so much character from the high ceilings, brick walls, shutters, and awesome hanging light fixtures and chandeliers. It has the most coolest staircase Ive ever seen and a cute spacious bathroom. This space has a lot of historic charm and you can see it in the details. The store below it beyond stunning. You could spend hours just looking at everything.

Half of the furniture in my house has been purchased from painted clovers, and I constantly receive compliments on my house because of all the beautiful and unique pieces! Prices are super affordable too! Her new store and venue are absolutely stunning and a must see!

The Venue was the perfect place for our family to gather tonight for a very special occasion. Shaun is so enjoyable to work with and the space is breathtaking, warm and cozy. I highly recommend The Venue for a gathering and celebrations.

Painted Clovers does not disappoint! Shaun is so talented in what she does with the furniture AND she is very friendly! It is definitely a store worth visiting. I have several furniture pieces, from Painted Clovers, and I know I'll be getting more in the future!

Not only do I love the shop but now they have a venue upstairs! It’s a cute and intimate setting that allows for quite an array of possibilities when planning smaller events. The owner is wonderful to work with and her prices are so reasonably priced.

I’ve never experienced a space that’s at the same time cozily “tucked away” in a classic midwest hamlet AND energizingly cavernous! Until now.

An absolute blast of a new venture by Painted Clovers (already the region’s best known shabby chic showroom for customized home decor; and sponsor of seasonal markets at the Wood County Fairgrounds), “the Venue by Painted Clovers” definitely showcases the talents of owner, Shaun.

It perfectly blends her exquisite subtle taste while providing plenty of room for event planners to install exactly their own inspired vision into “the Venue”.

In an antique building, the event space features exposed brick, a vaulted ceiling, uplifting natural lighting, easy access to high-end “necessary facilities” 😉…and every masterful touch one would expect from visiting either Painted Clovers’ shop or Facebook page.

I myself am already helping plan a midsize wedding, and a fundraiser there. And, after visiting the space, my mind is brimming over with fun notions of utilizing the broad range of options the space literally opens up.

If I marketed for them, I’d say something cheesy like , “the Venue is the venue for you”…or “the Venue will soon be the venue people are talking about when they start a sentence with ‘The venue’”…..Or something like that.
That’s probably why I don’t do marketing. 😂

Really though, do yourself a favor and don’t book a space before quickly jaunting over to Haskins.

But probably hurry. I legitimately estimate that about half the people who check out the Venue will find it suits their event, and wind up scheduling it. Especially because, since it’s a brand new event space, compared to others in the area Shaun’s rental fees are WAY TOO LOW. 😍 And being a professional, she probably won’t let us take advantage of her for very long.

Ahhh! My two favorite things mixed together, antiques and unique handmade items. What a wonderful place to be. Set in an well preserved old antique store front this well designed shop has plenty of fun things to see and buy. I just could not stop taking pictures. We arrived a little before opening and sat on front steps and recalled our days of playing jacks on the front steps in our child hood. Painted Clover is set in a small town on main street . Peaceful warm sunny autumn day in Ohio made this trip pleasureful.

Beautiful venu space for any occasion. Easy access, spacious, warm and welcoming environment.
Looking forward to my next event taking place there.
