I own a 2018 wrangler jl rubicon that I had purchased new from this dealership. The touch screen started to separate on it. It now has 39k miles. My warranty was only good until 36K. I called Thayer Jeep and spoke to Patrick in the service department and told him of my problem. He said let me talk to my boss and get back to you. Just a short time later he called back and said they felt like it was the right thing to do to cover it. That’s what I call great customer service.
