Zach was out this morning to replace a part in our furnace. The repair went just fine and the furnace is going strong. Zach has done a wide variety of work on our house over the years. We're always happy to have Zach come out. He is a very knowledgeable and friendly person.

Service man Zack ? was here today to adjust things on my relatively new furnace. I was on the phone with a computer problem so I did not monitor what he was doing. I know he was on the phone with someone at office. When he was done he explained to me how he had adjusted things and that the normal ranges were off a little which may have been the reason my steam hot water system would beep to notify me something was wrong. Hopefully that will take care it. Thanks again.

Zane did a great job. He diagnosed the problem quickly and corrected the problem. He was on time and the price was fair. I'll definitely use Kellermeier again.

Excellent installation by Rik and his partner. Looks and works great! Attention to detail is what I'm most happy about. The old system looked like a DIY hack job. I included a pic of the old boiler. You'll figure out why I'm happy.

I have had 2 encounters now with Kellermeier at different residences, each with Zane and each time he goes above and beyond to not only try to fix my problem, but also come up with solutions/options as well as keeping open loop communication with me. Zane contacted me prior to his arrival. He arrived well within the time range provided to me at the time that I made my service appointment. He was professional and courteous and completed the job (sump pump replacement) in less than 45 minutes.

He tackled the job as soon as I explained the issue and stayed with it until the job was done, not hesitating to seek help when the issue was one he hadn’t run into before. I appreciate his work ethic and competence. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him in again should the need arise.

Zach was thorough in diagnosing the problems with the whole-house humidifier we had purchased, installed, and maintained through another local HVAC company. In addition, he contacted the OEM and arranged for factory replacement parts under warranty. Subsequently, we plan to use Kellermeier for all of our future HVAC projects and associated maintenance services.

The technician Cory was really nice and he was very skilled in his craft. He was direct, to the pint and quiet when he cleaned our furnace. Great Technician and company

This is the best service of 2 other HVAC companies I have used. Zane appeared more
knowledgable then technicians from a dealer that sells AS equipment. He was also forthright about operation questions and costs. Hopefully the followup on cost and availability of needed parts is equally as timel

Cory Wampler was great. He checked and cleaned our furnace and answered all questions. He helped me make sure our gas fireplace was working properly. I would highly recommend him.
