Rock was extremely helpful. He walked us through how to set up our bow and showed us the basics. Prices are good and the customer service is excellent! Way better than any chain store. Truly a professional. We drove down from the Toledo area; it is worth the few extra minutes. We will be back!

Only shop will take my bow too. Rock does and excellent job and is an awesome guy. He takes great care of my martin compound. If you want to watch a guy drop your bow outta the vice and break your site take it to bass pro. If you want it done right by a professional take it to rock solid archery!

I want to take the opportunity to share my experience buying a new bow from Rock Solid Archery. In July 2017 I researched Elite bows and found Rock’s archery shop to be pretty local so I paid them a visit. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed and Rock really took the time to show me the full Elite Line of Bows. He didn’t push me one way or the other and let me shoot whatever I wanted. I chose a bow that day only to change my mind a week later. Rock wasn’t upset the least and changed my order no problem. He was extremely easy to work with and i could tell he has a deep passion for archery. I went with the Elite Option 6 bow that Rock helped me set up and fine tune. I would highly recommend Rock Solid Archery for your next bow purchase or bow maintenance.

This guy knows his stuff and got me set up well for my first compound bow. Excellent service every visit and is incredibly helpful even if you come in with little to no knowledge about archery. Definitely recommend coming here to a real pro shop with a real professional.

"Solid" is exactly the right descriptor for this small, knowledgeable and friendly archery shop. Rock may not carry all of the top 6 lineups of bows but you can buy a Hoyt, Bowtech, PSE or Matthew's at any of the big national chain stores and get their version of custom bow setup and customer service. His selections of Elite, PRIME, and Quest blows offer the best performance and warranty options. Even if you have another brand piece of equipment, he'll still work on setting up a bow, any sight, arrow design, release or other accessory to fit your needs and abilities. Prices are set by manufacturers and the bowshops have to make enough money to stay in business so complaints about prices of cables, strings, arrows or anything along those lines is just barking up the wrong tree. When it comes to products used for hunting and precision shooting, you get what you pay for and if you're hunting, you owe it to your quarry to be ethical, efficient and proficient in your equipment and pursuit. Rock Solid Archery cares about these parts of the sport, tradition and lifestyle of archery and it's why I have switched to this place as my pro shop and will stay with this place in the future.

The experience while in the store was excellent. I had some unfortunate trouble with a different store, and Rock Solid Archery fixed those issues with my bow while explaining why those issues are problematic. I cannot recommend this business enough. You can tell the passion of the sport drives good quality business.

Rock took the time to help my 13 year old son shoot better with his bow since I’m unskilled in the bow world. I would highly recommend you come here before a big box store to purchase any equipment. He is very knowledgeable and willing to help you with any issues.

Installed new hardware on my bow. Completed the work in front of me and was easy to talk to about archery, hunting, and suggestions on other gear. I’ll go back instead of the box stores.

I took my parker crossbow to them to put a new string on, which I purchased myself. I got the part number from parkers website and was at my door in two days. Rock said that I should replace cables also I said ok thinking since he sells parker crossbows I would get the same brand parts. Five days later no parts yet, eight days no parts yet, so I said I was coming to get my bow to hunt that weekend. He says I have to pay for the cables I don't have yet, didn't argue about it because I needed my bow... until I got there and got a bill for three times what I can get them for. Now I am really upset especially when I asked how much it would be to install string and cables when he gets them, it was two times as much as other shops I called. Then four days later he gets parts in and to my surprise the cables were not even parkers recommended cables. When I asked he said these were what he uses. Then with an attitude he asked if I was installing them or him I said no I was on my way to bass pro to have cables installed and pickup my new crossbow. Buyers beware!!

Looking at getting my very first bow. I know what i want and called them because they are a close pro shop to me. The bow ive been researching for months is not in their line of bows. I call and ask them if they will go outside their line for one bow (no cost to them 100% returnable to the company if i dont it thus no risk whatsoever to them) they have th audacity to tell me that not only will they not do that but they have a legal agreement which says all bows within their radious are protected and i would never be able to get my bow unless i moved. Hands down the worst customer service i could have ever expected from a pro shop.
