Real Deals - Bountiful, UT

I’ve told everyone about Real Deals. It’s the absolute best! So many unique things that you can’t find anywhere else. More than 1/2 my daughters missionary clothing has come from here. But it’s interacting with Brooke that keeps bringing me back. I absolutely love her. She’s always talking to everyone in the store. Advice or just a welcoming presence. She’s easily the greatest asset this store has. Thank you for opening up in Bountiful.

I love this store! Dorothy and Brooke are so kind and always so helpful when I’m needing a new outfit or wanting new home decorating ideas. I’m always welcomed with a smile and a genuine interest in “how I’m doing” to “how was your vacation?” I love that personal touch of making you feel welcome and comfortable.

When I say that I come here once a week…it’s no lie. The clothes are so cute and Brooke is AMAZING. I have dubbed her my personal stylist. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me feel beautiful in my skin!

Not only do they have super cute decorations and clothes here, but Brooke just went above and beyond for me by helping entertain my 4 kids while also helping me design a center piece for my kitchen table. I will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks again Brooke!❤

I went to Real Deals for the first time yesterday. What a great place! Great deals, on really nice merchandise. The place had great displays and good stock! I love their "real deals" and I bought some cute things for gifts and my own home.

Amazing customer service! Friendly staff! Very welcoming and helpful. Lots of cute home decor and outfits. I definitely recommend checking them out.

Picked up some cute owls for my girlfriend for her birthday, staff thought it was adorable and now I have to come back to tell them about it

I come in with high hopes, and happiness knowing what to buy from their advertisement. But end up leaving so dissapointed with how I get treated with the cashier's young lady working there. This happens everytime she rings me up. Idk if it's because I did or say something in the past but always a not so fun experience.

Their stuff is cute but their communication stinks! And whoever was working the register made my experience awful! Nowhere do they have posted their return policy! I went to go return something and the lady I talked to said, "oh it's on our receipts!". Okay but you don't get a receipt unless you buy something! This isn't even what I was mostly frustrated at though. The lady I talked to was not nice at all! She was stone cold, all transactional and wasn't kind or polite at all. All she successfully did was make me feel extremely stupid and embarrassed for not knowing something they should've had made clear very early on! Lost my business 100%. For anyone who doesn't already know, you CANNOT RETURN anything except for store credit!! You can't get your money back!
