Smith's

This Smith's should be the standard to which the rest of the locations be held. Clean, fresh, friendly. As I walked in, I passed a stalky bearded employee, even in the snowstorm, happily assisting an elderly patron load groceries into their car. My shopping was quick because everything is well lit and organized, and checkout was pleasant thanks to Gabby. I've never met someone of that generation with such professionalism and pride in work.

This place is busy. If not due to the everyday grocery shoppers, the staff always seems to be busy about the store, decorating, taking down and setting up great displays, stocking & stacking. Whoever is managing this particular location is doing one helluva job! Good work!

I shop at Smith's weekly. I always find/ buy what I need. Fresh produce. Fresh meat, fully stocked meat department. Deli and bakery have a great selection. Friendly staff.

My sister and I went this morning to this Smith's Marketplace and we were not disappointed! We have been searching for a couch for some time, and finally came across one here and Bountiful was the only one store to have both pieces. We had rented a U-Haul for a specific amount of time, and asked Beverly the furniture rep, to help us get out of here ASAP! Beverly and Ann, did just that! We were in and out in 30min! These two women left us in shock with their efficiency. The task required getting the ottoman out of a container and that was no problem for them. I cannot thank them enough. Beverly and Ann deserve a raise and recognition! Thank you ladies!

Smith’s Marketplace in Bountiful is my go-to grocery store. When I shopped today, Gary in the Deli had a great attitude and was working hard. He was quick to acknowledge that I was wanting to order and was very efficient.

I shop here all the time. Mostly curbside pickup these days but still inside sometimes. Great people, great food, and all the rest. No reason to ever go to Walmart.

Smiths primarily focuses on consumable goods which are constantly fresh from produce to prepackaged, they have it all.

They have a membership club that you can sign up for. If you don't want to sign up you can always use Jenny's number 867-5309, with an Utah area code.

The employees have been friendly over the years, I don't think I have ever had a negative experience.

The best and largest Smith's I've been into. This one even sells furniture.

Smith's always has the groceries I'm looking for. My only issue is that I bought five watermelons that have the sticker for seedless melons, and these five were seated melons. I buy 2 watermelon per week so having five seeded is not something I care to have.

Just went for gas. Used fuel points for the first time. It was easy.

Love going to this smiths it is so pretty inside and out, awesome staff and selection! No complaints from me.

My standard grocery store for all of my everyday needs both groceries and small household items, toiletries and etc. You will not find many specialty items here, but you can find all of your basics in one place. The layout is fairly easy to follow, unlike many grocery stores that include a department store I merely have two suggestions for improving the location and those would be to increase the staffing at the deli as it is often backed up throughout the day being that it is a very popular service and one that takes a fair amount of time to complete properly. Even though the people working there are exceptionally good at their job, the other would be to include more small sized carts as I can rarely find one when I go shopping and almost never need the larger sized carts and I would like to give extra thanks to the cleanliness of the store and it's parking lot

we were here and forgot one of our bags at checkout. James v was incredible at helping us check out and remember what we had forgotten. it was a good way to help resolve a bad situation. amazing customer service!!!!

Never been to a Smith's ... It's a really nice grocery store

Best customer service ever. My venerable father walked from his retirement home in the cold, shopped for 30 min past close, and the staff were patient, kind, and gentle with him.

This kind of service is rare in the world anymore and my family will be shopping Smith a lot more because I know where to find it now! Kudos to Samantha and her entire team for everything!

Its very large and has a large selection of about anything you could need. The deli is great and the employees are super nice and helpful. The store actually looks just like a Fred Meyer
