AT&T Store

Great service by the one and only Victoria! Got myself an upgrade along with a business number! This girl can do it all, if you ever need help I highly recommend coming to this store specifically asking for Victoria, she’s the assistant manager.

Today I went to go get a new phone at AT&T in Garfield, where I was pleasantly met by a beautiful young woman named Victoria. And also a gentleman named George!.! I’m a General manager for nationwide bowling Center! I must say they were the most Pleasant to work with, and my experience was amazing! Their customer service WAS Absolutely fantastic! Thank you for making my Visit and experience well worth it! It’s definitely worth the visit.. Thank you Again♾♾♾

This location is great! Vicky patiently answered all of my questions, and was able to sit and compare different offers with me to ensure I was getting the best deal! Came into the store to upgrade my phone, Victoria assisted me right away. While upgrading my phone, she gave me a great deal on getting another line for my business and a line for my mom. This is the best service I have ever gotten from a phone provider. The crew stayed overtime to help my family and I get new phones. They also did everything in their power to make sure that all applicable discounts were attached to the account. All the rebates for our new phones were handled in a very professional manner and every transaction was explained in detail. They are also a multilingual business so they can assist anyone who might need help in Polish. Everyone here deserves a raise as well as a vacation. Thank you very much!!!

I went to this AT&T store to upgrade my phone. Mike and Vicky were very helpful in helping me choose my phone, discussing the different plans and answering all the questions I had. When I went back 2 days later to pick up my phone and tablet from the store, I had so many issues with my old phone when trying to transfer my data; Greg was so patient and went above and beyond to help me every step of the way (and another customer who had issues with her stuff as well!). While waiting there on both occasions I noticed all the staff always greeted customers right away when they came in and showed much time and attention in assisting everyone. Thank you everyone - you guys are awesome!
