honestly, this place really made me realize how much i missed being a kid and playing w toys. i can confidently say there is something for everyone whether you’re a toddler or an adult. there’s just so many things to check out in this toy store. i thought the socks and some of the stickers were beyond hilarious and def something to take a look at if you go !

Great selection of toys for all ages! Staff is friendly and patient. There was a Karen type woman at the front who tried to return something past the receipt date and she overreacted. The staff was so calm and took the return anyway. I would have said nope. Please leave.

Mischief Toy Store was the cutest, most well-stocked toy store I have been to in a long time! I came looking for a gift for my friend's sister, but found myself enamoured in all of the super fun toys, books, and games! There are so many different things to see here! The prices are fair and the representation is diverse and respectful. 💙💙💙

I would definitely recommend that you stop here for a visit, your inner child (or child child of you have one) will thank you.

Unique store in an old house filled with retro and nostalgic toys. A board game haven. Friendly staff. Is open late.

This place is so fun! They have everything a child (and anyone who is a child at heart) could desire. I also love that they have inclusive fairy tale books. The staff is friendly and willing to answer any and all questions about their products as well.

Such an awesome place. Went there with the toddler and he immediately found a bunch of toys that he loved and we bought stuffed animals, a car garage and a reusable sticker book.

It's hard to explain in a little review how everything that they have in this store is curated just how my wife and I like it. Everything they offer has just an extra level of thought to it

in my opinion, one of the coolest places in the Twin Cities. really great selection of all kinds of toys, board games, fidgets/sensory toys, books, even usually have one or two tarot decks and some crystal chips in stock. theres stuff tucked into every corner of the shop. theyve got stickers, dnd dice, science knick-knacks, art supplies, stuff for toddlers, a few more niche instruments like ukuleles and harmonicas, snacks, theres so much stuff.

also love how unapologetically for human rights they are. last time i went in there was a mother and her child who walked in while i was browsing and she pointed out some of the various pride merch and was like, 'look! this is a pride flag! do you remember what pride is?' to her kid and i actually had to step over to another area of the store bc i almost cried because the fact someone actually taught their child about that made me very emotional. i like how theres a good variety of pride stuff stocked and isnt done in a way that seems pandering.

it seems like theres always sometime new or different when you go in. its a great place to explore and usually pretty quiet. its a little crowded in some areas so if you use a mobility aid or have sensory issues watch out for that.

if anything i wish they sold monster high dolls but thats probably just my goofy autistic self voraciously hyperfixating on the current generation of monster high. the stores great. also, the first time i went, the staff ringing me up complimented my animal crossing nintendo switch carrier, so that automatically means theyre based.

If you need a kite— and on a windy day like this one, who doesn’t— you must go to Mischief on Grand. Knowledgeable and friendly staff plus a great selection of kites for all ages.

this is one of my favorite places in the entire metro area; excellent selection of books, toys, games and more.

Randomly popped into this store and walked out with much of my Christmas shopping complete! So many great gifts for everyone and a good selection of games. Picked up SushiGoParty and some puzzles at a really good price. They have all the staple victory point games in stock. Awesome staff. So nice to have a local option.

Great selection of puzzles, games, toys, comics. Highly recommend. Added bonus- they are transgender friendly.

First time here to find a gift for a child who has everything and found something. That should say it all but I found many things for myself! I would have bought a lot more but my self control was kicking in. Great welcoming space with fantastic product! Masks are still required at this time!
