Matt and Brandon took there time with me in setting up my new business account. I even got 3 tracking devices from them. I will love using these to track my workforce on the job sites. Goodbye ATT. I couldn't be more happy

Great service from all the staff we have encountered through the years at this T-Mobile location. They show extreme patience, courtesy and graciousness dealing with their clients, many who are not tech-savvy to deal with gadgets.

Matt and Brandon are professional and very helpful. They easily solve issues. Just changed to T-Mobile 5G Home Internet. Everything installed without problems. Lose your cable, I wish we did this change sooner.

There are many TMobile stores where we live but we always come to the Fox River Grove location because of great service, Matt and Danny informed us of the new promotions . They explained in detail and were very patient and professional setting up our devices. There are many TMobile locations but it's all about customer service.

Went in today for a smart phone replacement and Brandon was very
helpful. I knew that he was new hire, but he handled himself very well and really knowledgeable. about the product that I purchased. Keep up the good work guys

I went in on Friday with my husband to switch from another provider. Jenni helped get us going. We received our devices but our original provider was having issues releasing us (They didn't want to). So Jenni worked her magic and helped us get our service going. She was amazing, patient and kind. Very knowledgeable staff. She dealt with me and my toddler for over an hour in the store this morning. Kudos!

Easily the best experience I have ever had at any carrier ever. These guys were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Will be hard to go to another T-Mobile location from now on.

Matt was very helpful in explaining the plans offered and I switched from Verizon. Loved doing business there and will refer him to everyone!

Matt Jordan, Brandon and Jose at this Fox River Grove store were really nice to me. Matt explained everything about T Mobile internet and allowed me to take home a modem/router and try it out. Because of the lower speed of this internet compared to my XFINITY internet, I could not use this T mobile internet.
However, Matt answered all my questions and helped me to return the modem.
Because of his excellent technical skills and very nice customer treatment, I will be returning to this store other needs.

Jenny took great care of me!
I went into T-Mobile FRG, kind of stressed, while in the course of moving my business.
I knew T-Mobile would provide a great new phone, and Jenny noticed that I could lower my monthly plan rate by adding another line.
That's what happened: I added a new line and my monthly bill is being reduced by $10 per month. Jenny also suggested a set of Apple Airpods for hands-free operation.
My greatest concern, though, was getting my existing business phone number transferred to my new phone. Jenny handled that too!
I am 100% happy with my recent experience at T-Mobile, Fox River Grove.

Tim, and his staff work hard to provide extremely great customer service. While I was there, I had run into some issues but they took care of everything and in a timely manner. I would recommend T-Mobile and Tim to all for your electronic needs if your near Fox River Grove.

I highly recommend the Fox River Grove T-Mobile store. Timothy and his staff (Omyra, Giselle, and Mia) did a wonderful job of switching my daughter and I from our old carriers to T-Mobile. They are a hardworking, professional group of people.

Brandon helped me today with a purchase of my iPhone 13. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. He took care of everything I needed and was very sociable and nice.

Hands down the best experience I have had upgrading a phone in my 25 years of having cell phones. Professional, patient, and most importantly... not "pushy" upselling everything to get a spiff. Highly recommend.

Came in to make the transition from another carrier to T-Mobile and left 110% satisfied. Maks and Conner answered all of our questions and even went above and beyond to find us 2 additional phones at other stores they didn't have. Conner offered to pick them up on his day off. Ended up saving money over our old carrier to boot. Would 100% recommend this location.

DON'T GO TO THE CRYSTAL LAKE STORE!!! Drive the extra 4 miles and come to this store. Omayra and Gissell were so nice and helpful :)

Just came back for an upgrade and Jenni and Tabarak helped me. I've been wanting an iPhone for awhile now but I've been scared to switch. They explained to me the differences in a Galaxy and knew the answer to every question I had. They were amazing!

Thanks to Matt, and Brandon I had so many tech issues and purchased a brand new IPhone 13 Pro max they really helped me with everything they were so precise and patient and generous!!

we went in afternoon around a week ago and were helped out by jenni and tabarak, who were so kind and helpful in assisting us with buying a new phone (switching from a samsung to iphone xr) jenni went above and beyond throughout the entire process, from explaining the phone to the final sale. they were both very patient with us and overall made the experience enjoyable and we definitely think they deserve recognition for their efforts to provide amazing customer service (: their stellar attitude made all the difference and if we ever need a new electronic we know where to go. thank you two for giving us an amazing experience (:
