This place is amazing and has wonderful customer service.... I unfortunately could not make it in on time before work ( which is a couple stores down) and the lady was still able to help me with all my questions and needs. I could not be any Happier.... Thank you so much.

Each time I have gone to this T-Mobile location, I have left more than satisfied. Alex, Jaime and Jacob have nothing short of polite, professional and patient. I am not tech savvy at all, and not once did they come off annoyed or irritated. They never rushed me out of the store, they took the time to help me with what I needed and answered/explained all of my questions. Their customer service was top notch and I would recommend this store to every T-Mobile customers! They were also extremely friendly and very easy to talk too!

just recently came to get a new phone for my mom here and the worker who helped me, jeanette, was extremely helpful, she was able to answer any questions me and my mom had. a wonderful experience will definitely return!

Me and my husband walked in this store not planning to purchase just out of curiosity for my birthday. We meet Caroline , let me tell you I expect her type of customer service every where! Realistic,reasonable, honest,great sense of humor, very patient, since we had a handful of questions. This is beyond the greatest service we have received in any t-mobile location. We left with a new phone and extremely satisfied. During this pandemic stuck up people should not be allowed in customer service ..Meeting Caroline has to be the most decent person we have came across . We will be coming back for any future purchases here with Caroline.Thank you and we highly recommend to come to her for anything.

Went to this store to get help getting a new phone since I broke my flip phone. Giovanni helped me and he was great. Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable.

So my client and I came in to T-Mobile today cause we need help with my clients internet.. a nice gentleman by the name of alex was helping us. Well while alex was working hard to find out what was wrong with my clients phone my client started feeling weak and passed out on us. I wanna thank alex so much for acting quick and helping me… I don’t know what I would have done with out his help.I give him a 10/10 all day… my client Richie says hi and thank you and he give u a bunch of tens for being excellent thank u so much again alex

I am a caregiver and me and my client came in there today and the service we got was awesome. They were very helpful and they made sure everything was working right before we left. My client asked for me come on here and let every know how amazen you guys were and thanks for all the help. Awesome T-Mobile Store hand's down!! Very organized and clean!! The Employee's are ALL fantastic and very informative. They told us everything especially not leaving out important information and super friendly!! We had a incredible experience here and I would go back anytime and recommend T-Mobile Service and this Wauconda location.

I have been dreading going to the cell store because Tmobile has the most annoying sales people ever...BUT JUAN AT THE WAUCONDA STORE changed all of that for me this past Saturday!!! Please give this nice young man a raise!!!! I was in a hurry and I have been in sales before so I am not very sales sensitive. He spoke directly and clearly UNLIKE MOST OF THE TMOBILE STORES I HAVE BEEN IN NAMELY LAKE ZURICH AND OAKBROOK where the people seem "scripted" and speak in circles, not answering questions directly...trying to squeeze in sneaky plan charge here and there....AND THEN FOLLOWING YOU AROUND THE STORE WHILE YOU ARE TRYING TO TALK OR MAKE A DECISION!!! GIVE JUAN A RAISE !!!! HE SHOULD BE TRAINING ALL OF THE SALES REPS!!!!
