Danny arrived promptly and assisted with my flat tire and getting my car to the mechanic. His kind and cool demeanor reduced my stress and I am getting back on the road. Thanks Danny!

I was in a roll over accident and they had taken my car to their lot , they were cooperative with me over the phone and in person they explained everything they let my jobs towing come pick up my car no issues whatsoever I would 100% recommend this towing company

This evening my motorcycle stopped running, and I was stranded on the side of the road. I called D&R towing and very nice young lady answered the phone and I told her my problem. About 45 minutes later a tow truck showed up and a gentleman named Danny got out of the tow truck. He was very pleasant. Got my motorcycle loaded. And treated it like it was his own. When I got in the cab of the truck for my ride home, I noticed his wife was in the cab we had a very nice 45 minute drive to my home where he carefully unloaded my bike. I would highly recommend them.

My son slid into a deep ditch at 10:00 at night. I called D&R and they came out right away. Danny took great care with the car and made sure no damage took place getting it out of the ditch. Nicest guy ever. I was blown away by his knowledge and skill at what he does. So refreshing to deal with a guy like Danny in such a stressful situation. Kudos to D & R and Danny. Awesome service!

I was driving my friends car when it broke down 50 miles from home with electrical failure. Rob not only got picked me up on EASTER, but did so with a smile on his face. He got both me and the car home safe. Really appreciate the experience I had with Rob and this company. Highly recommended

We were in a predicament tonight. It had snowed a LOT and because everything is white we thought we were pulling out of a driveway but it was actually a high curb so our truck got stuck, half in and half out. After waiting waiting over an hour for AAA and getting refused by their tow people we had to call 911 and they called D and R who sent their angel Danny. He was beyond nice and helpful and was able to get us out of our mess without messing up the truck. I highly highly recommended him and he’s invited to the wedding.

Thomas arrived quickly and was very kind when he helped us unlock our vehicle. Our dog accidentally pressed the lock button while we stepped out for 1 minute. They had the right level of urgency and Thomas handled it in a matter of minutes. We are fortunate to have learned of this company, we will call them again should we ever need their other services. 10/10 recommend

D&R Towing was beyond helpful when we needed our luxury SUV towed due to a flat tire. They arrived unbelievably quick (20 minutes or less), handled the vehicle with care and had great communication. They were even kind enough to follow through on the vehicle drop off and communicate any updates from the tire store upon dropping it off for us. Would use them again if needed!

My car was towed from a traffic stop on a Thursday a week before Easter. I am very grateful my car was brought here, as despite the hardship and struggle of getting your car impounded they still treated me like a human.

Danny is fantastic and personally saw to it that we figured things out so I could get my car back and they could get their lot space empty. Overall, despite the obvious, I would highly recommend them for your other needs. They’re good people.

Driver Don came out and helped me with my broken down vehicle. He was very polite and knows how to treat people when their vehicle breaks down. I don't think the rates could possibly be cheaper. I've always heard great things about D&R Towing.

Thomas did a fantastic job towing my vehicle to the dealership. He thoroughly explained the whole process to me, and kept me updated on when the car arrived at the dealership. I would definitely recommend D & R Towing!

Driver was amazing. No issues with him at all!The only issue I would bring up is the woman that answered then phone the second time we called to confirm she was very dismissive of my questions and I almost cancelled the tow because of her. But I'm glad I didn't , I just took it as she was having a bad day. They should really speak to her about it. But anyways the driver Loaded vehicle with care and drove with care. We live on a 4 lane busy roadway and he unloaded with caution while making sure not to interrupt traffic to much. Very profession. Will definitely use again if ever needed.

D&R Towing was absolutely amazing during this entire process of my accident. Extremely nice and helpful with everything, honest, respectful and really funny ! I loved it. I had my vehicle towed by Rich today and I have to say for the pain it was to get my pickup put on his truck he did an excellent job. For it being so cold and having to get under and around my vehicle he kept a friendly and professional attitude the whole time. I give Rich and D&R towing (5) Five stars and I will keep this business card and be recommending D&R towing and Rich. Thank you Rich!!

On January 6th, I was in Lake Barrington Shores helping out an ill friend. I was turning into a parking lot trying to find her mailbox, and I failed see a big boulder that was covered in snow. (Apparently this is a frequent occurrence in this neighborhood.) I managed to get myself completely stuck and needed a tow to pull me off of the boulder.

When the driver promptly arrived, (Rick? Rich? I am ashamed to say I cannot recall his name but am going by what I can read on the receipt), he was very efficient, courteous, and kind. He insisted I stay in my van and stay warm since we were dealing with sub-zero temperatures. In a very short time, I was back on level ground with the assurance that no major damage had been done to my van when he got down to inspect it for me. I think he could tell I'd had a really long and trying day, because he even went the extra mile and offered to help me find the mailbox that got me into this sticky mess! I gave him the key and he went and opened the box for me and brought me her mail while I stayed in my warm van.

In a day and age when so many people seem more concerned about themselves and less about others, this driver was a breath of fresh air. What meant more to me than the tow I received was the simple act of kindness and care I was shown on a long, cold day. You never know how your impact in such a seemingly small thing can affect someone in a positive way. I'm grateful that this driver cared enough to do just that. Again, I am sorry I cannot remember his name, but please pass along my thanks to this driver. (The event occurred on January 6, 2022 around 5:30 in Lake Barrington Shores. I called at least five companies and even used my Allstate app. I hit a curb traveling west on Rte. 62 just passed Rte. 59. It was 1:13 a.m. Both passenger side tires were flat. D N R came within 30 minutes. They loaded my Land Rover Sport on a flat bed and took it to my dealer. I am so thankful to them. Great job!!

Locked my keys in my car brian came out in less than 10 minutes got my car unlocked in less than 5. Brian did great service, was very friendly, and charged me less than precision locksmith in palatine without telling them my quote from competitor. I thought a tow company would charge more but i was very pleased. I recommend them for future lockout service.
