Panera Bread

Came here this morning and was helped by Caitlyn. Such a kind, generous young girl at the cash register! She was very patient and so helpful, I really hope her work doesn’t go unnoticed! Juana by the counter was also very warm and welcoming.

Food tastes fresh, the unlimited refills for 10.99 a month seems pretty interesting. Wanted to try the extra caffeine drink options but kids wanted a different drink.

Gotta try there Mexican Street Corn soup...

Panera Bread keeps getting better and better. The food is just the right portion, the bread products for like no others you'll ever taste, delectable, served with warmth by people who truly care about other people. You'll feel like you belong and you'll want to come back frequently.
The employees treat you like family. You go to Panera a little tired, a little worn out, a little melancholy, you'll leave feeling vibrant. The food is good, just the right proportion, affordable, and it is served with an experience you'll never forget.

Absolutely wonderful food and amazing people! They were fun and helped us with figuring out what to eat. Fast service and overall a great atmosphere. We need to go here more often since we live super close! And we definately recommend their rewards membership. Free drinks!!!! :)

Aside from the prices going significantly up, the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl has been a staple go to when I am looking for comfort food. I love the meeting room available at this location too.

Like most locations, this Panera Bread has good food, friendly and efficient service, and the store is clean. From what I've seen on my few visits, this location seems to be well run. The store is clean and well kept. I've never had an order with any issues. If memory serves correct, this location no longer serves ham, so those sandwiches/items are no longer available. Panera is always a better option than fried fast food.

So good! Southwest salad is amazing! Mac n cheese is delicious! Hazelnut coffee is always good and FRESH! & Their selection of teas is nice too!

I hadn't been to this Panera location in several months and was extremely impressed by how much it's improved. Seems like the # of staff has increased. The place was run like a well oiled machine with 3 managers overseeing various parts of the operation. The management and staff were so efficient and friendly, I'll definitely come back more often. Also, the tables were cleared promptly and kept clean. Nice to see such pride in service.

Always a friendly staff waiting to help and serve you. They offer suggestions where necessary. They greet you very warmly upon entry into their establishment. It's very nice in this FRG location. I actually just sat in there and chilled. The vibe was relaxed. No one bothered me. Well done Panera of FRG!

Lunch today was perfect. Chicken and wild rice soup was thick and filled with lots of fresh veggies and big pieces of white meat chicken. Greek salad (1/2) had lots of feta and fresh tomatoes and 5 kalmata olives. I love their Greek dressing-very tangy. The perfectly baked piece of baguette that came with it was great for dipping. I finished it off with their always fabulous bear claws. I actually bought the bear claw for tomorrow’s breakfast but couldn’t help myself. Best lunch ever! Pricey but it helps when it’s so good. I could have had a cheaper lunch anywhere but probably wouldn’t be taking the time to write a review because it would not have been as memorable.

Had a rough day and needed just something to eat. I was just going through the motions and the cashier noticed reached and and made sure that my meal was perfect and really flipped the script on the whole day. You can go just about anywhere for food but there arent to many places that feel like they care about you as well as the food. Thank you Bree, and thank you Panera!

I gave 5 stars based on staff alone. Overall the entire staff was helpful, but honestly one member of the staff went above and beyond, and it wasn't even to help me.
I believe his name was Mark, but he was very obviously on his break and eating, when a customer ended up dropping his dressing. Mark immediately jumped up, grabbed the dressing off the floor and told the customer that he would get him another one. He left his own food to help a customer enjoy theirs. He could have very easily just had the customer go back to the counter to get another cup of dressing, but he went above and beyond and based on how quickly this all happened, he didn't even think about it, it was just part of his nature.
Panera, hire more people like Mark, it makes a HUGE impact on how customers feel.

Food is fresh and served quickly by a friendly staff. Love that they reuse serving dishes and utensils. I like to see all stores clearly mark if they recycle their plastic cups and paper next to their return area.

My wife and me go there almost everyday and we absolutely love it The staff is great, they have the best crispy baguette ever ! We like dinning outside with our dog 👌

I had an issue with my order but Annabelle made sure to correct it and was super polite and helpful. Food and drinks here are always good no issues there!
